Short-notice they sent out a plumber today, to install the kitchen, and bathroom sinks, after countertops installation.Very nice guy, Ian, got it done, and, had a solution to why my dishwasher door was so tight, that was , perfect!Excellent company!

Can’t say enough great things about Brads Plumbing and heating. Our hot water tank crapped out last night and they were here within a couple hours of our phone call this morning, fixed it very fast and professionally and even came back to grab our old tank and a old furnace we had lying around. Excellent service from start to finish! Great workmanship, we had 2 water outlets put in, gas line run for our BBQ and all the poly B pipes replaced with PVC, work was done in a day! Very impressed by this company!

To me it seemed like the fellas that came out were happy and knowledgeable and took the time to show us what was going on and what needed to be done.More important to me was communication. We needed some parts delivered and it took some time for them to come in. That can't be helped. But what did help was either Brad or his office checking to make sure everything was okay while we were waiting.It's nice to get a follow up from the office but it's another experience to get a couple calls from the owner keeping you in the you in the loop.It's not often you feel like a company truly cares but in my eyes, these I think they do and that starts from the top.

Brad is the plumber for my condo building and is the most reliable, efficient, knowledgable plumber you will ever need, especially when it comes to older buildings. During the cold spell over the Christmas we had some burst pipes and sewer issues, Brad was here right away and took care of all of it. I’ve trusted Brad’s Plumbing and Heating for the last 15 years. On a cold winter night my furnace stopped working. Called Brad, he was on his way home but said he’d stop by. He spent about 2 hours in my cold basement trying to repair my furnace. However, the furnace needed a special motor he didn’t have that night. Brad told me to call a different company that would have the motor for my Carrier furnace. I ended up getting the second company to repair it. However, Brad didn’t even charge me for the 2 hours he spent in my cold basement trying to fix my furnace!! I offered to pay but he declined. Wow!!! Where do you find that integrity these days? This is a great family owned business that won’t let you down. Thanks Brad, Treina and Chase for your great service over the years. It was great to watch the guys working together. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Communication was regular throughout the job. The work had been well done. We are through the rough in stage, with no concerns from the city inspector.
