Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Nikki B. from the Accounts department in reviewing questions I had prior to signing up as a new Residential Internet customer.I was very impressed with the detail and professionalism that she demonstrated in walking me through aspects of the service.If my first impressions are any indication of the service I can expect from DVT I am happy I was able to find them.
