Had a box spring delivered today by 2 young men who were very very pleasant, fun, yet very professional. They went beyond by placing the new box spring on the frame. Very pleased with their delivery services. Have had super service in the past and will continue as a customer of Mattress Mart. Thank-you!

Recent nights of aches and lost sleep caused us to return to the Kingston Mattress Mart to purchase a new bed. Over the past 20+ years, we have purchased several beds for ourselves and family from the store. Lee & Evan were as great to deal with this time. They are knowledgable, helpful and have a great collective sense of humour. New trainee Lilly was also nice to work with. Mattress Mart has excellent products, service and pricing!

I purchased a mattress and bedframe for our guestroom from the Kingston store. The sales person was very helpful, asking us several questions so that he can better understand our needs. He then suggested several options at various price ranges. Our only disappointment was with the delivery. The driver was rude and appeared to be in a rush, resulting in damage to our mattress. Once I brought this to the attention of the store manager the problem was immediately rectified, and the mattress was exchanged. The manager and new delivery team were amazing to work with. I would highly recommend Mattress Mart as they have a wide selection of great quality merchandise, with great sales & after-sales personnel.

My partner and I were looking for a new mattress and we came to Mattress Mart hoping to find a good deal in a decent price range. Lee was so helpful, honest, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to learn about our needs and wants in a mattress. He was understanding in the fact that we were college students with little money. He went into great detail about each mattress and box spring and what would suit us best based on the needs and wants we mentioned. While the first day we didn't buy we came back to buy on a later date. During that time he had found an even better deal for a almost identical feeling mattress just for us. 10/10 would recommend his services.

We needed a new bed in a short time frame. We walked in close to closing time and Nick helped us find a great bed at a great price. Super friendly, quick, able to get us the delivery time we needed, and we feel we got the best for our bucks. Even the delivery guys helped make this experience an awesome one. High recommend!

Bought a mattress about a month ago with the help of John. Delivery was right on time, and in and out in about four minutes - very smooth! John was respectful and left me be until I came to him with questions, which he answered honestly. Not pushy AT ALL which is the main reason I tend to dislike dealing with salespeople, so thank you for that!So far so good with the mattress, as well. We will see how it holds up over time!

In January, we bought a Beauty Rest Black and a pillow from Mattress Mart in Kingston. Simple enough purchase that I could have done a few places….but I am glad we did it there. This was the purchase for our new home and our THIRD mattress in less than a year. I was anxious to end up not being able to sleep in my bed again and let John at the store know. He took the time to dig in to what bothered me about the other 2 mattresses, took a ton of time to show us models they had, shared with us customer feedback and even looked up some reviews. He never rushed us, and was super kind. When it came to the delivery, they squeezed us in so we could stay a night in our new home, and the team wrestled the behemoth up the stairs, pouring sweat and refusing help, assuring us they had it. They did have it and we spent the first night in our home, with no other furniture or supplies and slept like babies. Went back today for a second magic Bianca pillow (seriously magical) to stop the repeated “borrowing” of mine. The Team were so warm and welcoming. They were quick to say hi and help with humour. We recommend the Mattress Mart and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thanks MM Team!

We had orders a new bed from Mattress Mart and were due to take delivery when we moved into our new home. Unfortunately due to a fire destroying our old accommodation we had to move a lot sooner than expected. We called the store and they moved mountains to make sure we received our new bed the same day. Great service, great delivery and a stellar bed!

We purchased a new mattress, and assumed our box spring was still okay. Jake handled the initial sale quickly and professionally- I think we were in and out in 30 minutes after discussing what we liked and didn't like. We realized our box spring also needed to be replaced, and we have quickly added one on to be delivered the same day. Total sale to delivery to our home was a little more than 24 hours.Great customer care, and we're excited for a good night's sleep!

Customer service could use an upgrade. Don't bother getting the free delivery. Gave us a 2 hour window on a beautiful Saturday, then didn't come. Called and they said they changed the window to 2 hours later but we never got their message they supposedly sent. They came 30 minutes after the original window. Not sure how the product is yet but on principle I won't order again. I don't want to sit around all day waiting for a product on a beautiful summers day.
