Chris is a very knowledgeable and understanding real estate broker who I found, patiently and calmly went above and beyond to ensure my needs and wants were met. When I moved to Halifax I had no idea what to expect when buying a house out here. I did not know what the differences would be between a downtown or rural property, what features to look for in a property and what a reasonable price to pay would be. Chris has a significant amount of experience in the Canadian property market and also helping those moving from abroad (particularly the UK). He talked me through the options and intricacies but also showed me homes I liked (and some we knew I would not like) to ensure I fully understood and was happy with what I was finally committing to.
