Fantastic customer service! My fireplace all of a sudden stopped after two years of working fine. The service manager went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot myself, and it turned out to be an easy fix. This was 2+ years after purchase.They could have easily sent a technician out and charged me for it, but instead they took the time to guide me over the phone. It's not often that I find customer service this excellent years after purchase. Would highly recommend them for all your fireplace needs.

Just picked up a GMG smoker from Weiss-Johnson. Really pleased with the customer service and knowledge of their staff along with their fair pricing. Would definitely recommend giving them your business if you're in the market for a grill or fireplace.

Purchased an outdoor fire pit. Sam was great to work with and the staff was friendly. Must admit, the store has way more stuff than I thought. BBQs, fire pits, indoor and outdoor fireplaces etc.

Our Valor Windor Arch Fireplace stopped working and unfortunately pieces are no longer available. Upon contacting Weiss Johnson they searched across Canada for pieces and eventually found us a replacement unit in BC. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, and the sale didn't even end up at their store. Couldn't recommend them more.

Just had a service technician come out to replace a part of our brand new fireplace on warranty. Richard was amazing. He took pride in his work, made sure everything was working properly (propane line wasn't tightened which caused a little leak) and made sure he left everything cleaner than what he came to. (there was dust and debris left inside). He politely answered all my questions, which I could have found in the manual, and went over how to work the fireplace and remote. If you're looking for a great service technician, ask for Richard!

Kelsey was wonderful and was able to diagnose the problem with the fireplace’s remote system and suggest and implement options immediately. Was on- time, polite and provided much useful information about on-going care and maintenance. Would highly recommend this company!

Salesman Steve was informative and helpful. No pressure and able to help you weigh the options. The installation of my wood burning stove by Travis and Darrin was efficient, well done and cleaned up well. Very happy with W-J service. Its my second purchase from them and would go back again.

Weiss-Johnson converted our wood burning fireplace to gas with an insert.Sam was incredible to deal with. He really knows fireplaces, was always approachable, and took a lot of his time to explain the product we eventually purchased. Their gas fitters and installers were also excellent. From the idea we had, right to installation, everthing was exactly what we hoped. BTW, their price was extremely competitive too. Honestly, there's really no point in shopping around. Go visit Sam and transform your home with a beautiful fireplace!

Had a small gas leak in my fireplace. Initially I had called a different fireplace company to come and take a look to service the fireplace. The technician at that time said the fireplace was beyond repair and he didn't feel comfortable fixing it and recommended me a very expensive replacement.That's when I called Chris at this company and asked if they could come by and have a look. Nick came out and serviced the fireplace and he was awesome! He was courteous, punctual and was very kind and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. By the end, he had fixed the gas leak, sanded down the rusted part, cleaned and repainted the gas fireplace and it looks good as new! Good customer service is hard to come by and I definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing work with their fireplace!
