We have recently had our ensuite renovated by Monarch Kitchen and Bath. This will have been the fourth project (previously: 2 kitchens and a main bath) we've completed with Neil and his team of professionals which, in itself, should be enough of an endorsement.Working with this company has been a pleasure in that they strive to provide the best materials and options possible while listening to their customers' wishes and meeting them. When and if problems arise, they are addressed as quickly as possible, even after the project has been completed.I highly recommend Monarch Kitchen and Bath.

Monarch did an amazing job with our kitchen reno. Everyone we worked with were very professional and went above and beyond to make it a great experience.Monarchs process ensured we worked directly with them from the planning stage all the way to the final touches. They provided excellent communication throughout the process and we always knew when folks were scheduled during the process and there was no guessing if a contractor would be there or not as they handled the scheduling as well as the timing of the materials being delivered.They were very detailed with their quotes and there were no surprises. They treated our home with respect whenever they were working in it. They have an amazing team that all have unique specializations.They have great relationships with suppliers and we really appreciated the design process to help us narrow down what seemd like infinite choices available to us.We are thrilled with our new space and would not hesitate to work with Monarch again on out next project.

Monarch Kitchens and Bath recently completed a main floor renovation at our 2 story home in Ajax. From the design to the final product, Monarch was on point. Each and every tradesperson was a pleasure to deal with. We are so pleased with the quality and love our new space. I highly recommend Monarch Kitchen, Bath & Home. A talented and experienced design team and incredible customer service. They delivered on all their promises and exceeded our expectations.

Close but no cigar. Cabinets had a mark on them which they provided a color pencil, behind stove was unfinished with a hole in the wall, for electrical, access for rodents, so we filled it in with steel wool. The faucet ran a little in spray mode, developed a leak in hose, so we got some water damage inside cabinet. Of course it was just after warranty so we just scraped the faucet , rebought a new one, got a plumber to install at a lower price than monarch was charging. A cabinet door fell off, which they fixed.On top of that they wanted final payment to conclude, when a host of unfinished things were pointed out, they did apologize and sent someone out to finish the work as agreed. This was pre Covid so no excuse there.Overall we like the job, but just not 5 star service.
