I had no problem finding what I wanted for my girlfriend.All the sizes were available. The staff was able to assist me in exactly what I was searching for. Very friendly atmosphere well-knowledged employees. La Senza always has great deals on mixing and matching their products.

Took my daughter to find a nice bra for her middle school grad dress- was really impressed with the assistance we received from Alex. She made my daughter feel extremely comfortable, and made some excellent suggestions on style and sizing. Very happy with the style we settled and service we received!

Service was demanding, bossy. Didn’t like it. Bra purchased had a hole in it. Tried calling. Lady hung up on me 4 times, last time we talked, I asked if she could put someone on who had better communication skills, then she hung up again, I tried calling back, so she ignored for the rest of the day.Awful service from the young ladies, if they were helping me, they were demanding, if needed help, they ignored you.don’t recommend this spot.

I wish they would offer more European sizes as I prefer not to go with a cross-size. A lot of women are big breasted and cannot fit into the corsets, etc (me). I have a small frame but the cups in the lingerie are always so tiny. More variety please!!The staff are really great here so that part gets 5 stars. And they usually have pretty good sales on so that's a plus.

It’s 2022, shouldn’t we be past size exclusion? I tried on a matching set and as a mid-size curvy person with an hourglass shape I needed a different size top than bottom. I was so excited to find a set I loved and felt sexy in, but when I went to purchase it was told I had to get the same size top and bottom. No exceptions. I’d rather spend my money at a place that values and supports diverse bodies and sizing needs.Do better.

No need to display the pride flag (why aren't you displaying icons for other minorities?? Why this one?) .... I used to frequent this store but I find hard to patronage business that push the gender idiology. So long La Senza!
