Beauty First Spa - Limeridge Mall

My daughter had her ears pierced here and we were very happy with the result! They made the experience great. I'd have given them a five star review - BUT - we paid over $50 for the nicer looking studs only to have the jeweled portion fall off one of them just under a month. My daughter liked the studs and wanted to keep them, so I called the store expecting an easy exchange (the stud was obviously defective as it had failed so quickly). Instead I was advised that I should not expect them to last, making me question then why anyone would purchase the more expensive studs? After multiple calls with various staff I finally advised that I was going to leave a lot of negative reviews and urge future customers to purchase the cheapest studs possible as they won't last anyways - when suddently the manager said she would contact their head office to see what could be done. I called back a few days later and advised that while not normal procedure, they would exchange the stud, making it clear that it was at the expense of the store and not standard procedure. Upon arrival I was advised by the staff that nobody knew anything about the exchange and that I had to wait for the manager. After waiting around 15 minutes the manager arrived, and I was provided with new replacement studs. Because they made this so difficult and time consuming, I can only make myself give them a 3 star rating. Be careful what you buy....

If you’re new in town and looking for THE BEST THREADING place, look no further. This place has very friendly and accommodating staff. I’m beyond happy with the services I have started to get done here with Ameena & Anjali. I honestly have no words to describe how amazing these two are but here I am writing a whole essay on these two lovelies. All I can say is that you can trust both with an open heart with all the services provided here. They make sure you leave the place with a happy face and handles every one of their clients with extreme care and attention. I won’t be looking anywhere else but Beauty first spa for my future services. This place has everything a girl needs to get done in the most proper and clean way. Ameena & Anjali are nice hearted and really know what your skin goals are. The first time I got my eyebrows done here were by Anjali and told her about my past experiences with different people messing up my eyebrows either making them too thin or taking hair off of places I don’t want them to. I remember Anjali saying that, “why would someone want to ruin such beautiful eyebrows”. And that really made my day. Ameena shares a lot of natural ingredients that are skin friendly & recently shared a really good sunscreen brand because I have been struggling to find one that suits my skin, and I’m forever grateful to her for sharing something like this.Things like these may not sound so big to others but to me, it means everything. The fact that they’re taking time out of their busy day to share something like that to help someone out, really shows how big of a heart they really have. These two beautiful humans go above and beyond and exceed my expectations every time. These are your go-to people. The skin care tips, and care both have shown, no one else would do such thing because mostly other salons are either rushing their clients or don’t listen enough to their client’s needs. Not at Beauty first spa, I really feel like I’m at home when I’m at this place. Thank you for all that you do Ameena & Anjali ♥️♥️ I really hope the owner sees their efforts, recognizes the good differences both have made in someone’s life. My eyebrows shape my face, they’re my everything. All of the staff here is nice at what they do but my personal favourites are Anjali & Ameena with everything I have got done so far.

I have a had a great experience coming here for laser treatments! I have my laser done by Harinder and she is the sweetest lady and does the best job! I highly recommend!!

My eyebrows were messed up two days before my birthday and I decided to visit Beauty First and omg they did just an amazing job at fixing it.I also got my first Brazilian wax here and it was amazing. They made sure I was okay and comfortable and it wasn't awkward at all.Absolutely love this place.Recommend 100%

Jalvi did an excellent job with my lashes and eyebrows. I got a beautiful lash lift and bollywood eyebrows. My eyebrows were shaped perfectly. Jalvi is very caring and experienced. I highly recommend her at Beauty First Spa.

Sarah does an amazing job every single time with my service. She is very gentle and ensures that you are not in any pain when she is threading. Her attention to detail is immaculate, she is my favourite esthetician.

Dhara is my go to person for everything and anything here! She does my eyebrow threading, classic facial and now 24k Gold Therapy. She takes her time with you and carefully executes the treatment while checking in with you and how you're doing. You are in good hands with her (literally)!

I had an eyelash lift and tint. Jalvi did a wonderful job. She was meticulous and the results showed. I highly recommend her. I will definitely return.
