Above all, the apartment is extremely clean, it looks exactly as in the pictures and has all of the amenities needed to make yourself a nice breakfast before exploring Quebec. The bed is super comfortable and soft. The room itself is very spacious, its modern design complements the space very well. The shower is very big, all of the toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) were provided. Finally, the apartment is located very close to old Quebec, approx. 15-minute walk; there are a lot of trendy cafés around as well as a supermarket with pretty much anything you need. It was a great stay!

Had a great stay, was exactly as photos had shown. Owners were responsive and easy to deal with when we had questions.Loved the location and suite was really clean and very well appointed. We will be back!

The two most important things when I travel are proximity and cleanliness. At Les Lofts du Theatre, I definitely got this and much more: modern design, high ceilings, glass shower and easy indoor parking and easy check-in made my trip perfect. I definitely recommend and will surely come back!

That's a very strange place. I booked it 4 months before our trip. And I was OK with a non-refundable payment 2 weeks in advance bcs place looked good. But 3 months before our trip they started to send me messages and asked to access to my credit card to get $200 as a insurance deposit. I'm OK with safety deposits but it's really strange to ask for it 3 months before your customer arrived. Hotels with a good reputation usually book them the day of checking. I don't think that's a normal practice and looks like a fraud.

Great room in an excellent location. Lots of shops along the street. Parking was $15/24-hours at a nearby location (380 Couronne St). Just beware, there is construction going on at the time of this review, so you may be woken up early because of it. Bed was a bit too squishy, but otherwise the room was great.

We stay for 3 nights. On the 1st night, one circuit breaker tripped, and it was not able to be reset. We contacted the customer service the next day morning and no one came fix it at all for the rest of our stay. We only had one outlet can be used in the kitchen area and one in the bathroom. Very inconvenience for traveler, cuz everyone needs to charge phone at the end of each day.Elevator broke on the 1st day we were there. We went down and up using the stair once, not bothering us too much cuz it's was not happened when we have our luggage.I would suggest this place have better parking instruction. It's important to get the parking card in the room before park in the garage. The card works on a tab to enter and a tab to exit. It wont work if you only want a tab to exit".Although we encounter some issues

Room was great, and clean. Service was horrible. They recommended us a parking near by the hotel, on the same email they sent us saying it is free to park there on weekends. Then a couple of hours later our car was towed. They gave out illegal parking recommendations and they are not willing to take any responsibility. Our budget and our expenses due to ubers/taxis have more than doubled. I dont suggest anyone to come here, regardless of the rooms this should not be supported. This is being reported to the police and hopefully we will be taken down.

Really nice rooms. Easy self checkin with access key
