Very nice nougat. It's not too hard like you can find often in France. It's chewy and they have several varieties. They give out samples to try as many as you want. Def give them a visit if visiting the Island.

I felt like a kid in a sweetshop at Le Nougaterie. Patrick and the team produce some lovely treats on the site. The nougat bars were a great gift to take home.

Little problem with my order being shipped. They expedited the shipping and sent some free goodies along with the order. Everything is delicious. The caramel fleur de sel was surprisingly very good (caramel is not overly salty). Delicious soft nougat and the melt in your mouth maple caramels are to die for. Thank you!

Excellent!! We tasted some of the products before deciding what to buy. The staff was really friendly and the nougat are to die for. 100% recomended, sweet experience for sweet treats!!

This is a delightful confectionery with delicious nougat in a variety of flavors. The lavender nougat was my favorite, but all of the flavors I tried were great. They have wonderful customer service as well. Definitely worth a visit.

Delicious selection of various flavors of nougat. Staff very friendly and offer samples so you can know what they taste like before you buy. Bonus - the homemade marshmallow is made with beef gelatin. So for those who avoid eating marshmallows because of pork gelatin, do come here to stock up on marshmallows as the owners intentionally use beef gelatin to serve that subset of customers.
