When the taxi driver picked us up at the train station he told us we could only pay with cash and US dollars were preferred. However, when we told him that was ridiculous he turned his meter on and miraculously produced a credit card machine when it was time for us to pay. We will take an Uber next time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY from the airport. We booked two cars and the cars were there but no drivers. Spent 20mins on the phone with the company trying to figure what was as going on. The driver from another company told us because they knew we were not going far they didn't want to take us. We found the two drivers HIDING in the airport! One driver pretended his passenger was in the bathroom! Truly shocking that one driver would not speak to us unless we spoke French. It was clear he could speak and understand English. They were so rude to us I called back the dispatch so they could hear how we were being treated. I can't believe this is a legitimate business. Disgusted.

The application is badly coded they disable your account after 3-4 attemp of entering your password. Often, disconnect you for no reason. When you call them, it is almost impossible to talk to an actual human. The bot vocal recognition is really bad.

Some language barrier but surely helpful.Would recommend for tourists.Comes in handy when you are heading to the bus stand which is far away from the city centre.

Came on time for a 5am flight pick-up the other day. Fair price, no issues!

DO NOT USE!!! You've been warned. If you're not a local they will take Advantage and increase the price that was quoted. They intentionally tell you their card machine isn't working in order to get you to pay in US currency. Terrible experience and ended up being $15 more than uber for a ride to the airport. Do yourself a favor and use Uber because it keeps drivers honest. Good luck complaining to the company as the people don't speak English well.

Very good service when we arrived in Quebec at 12:30 AM. Dependable & reasonable. We were suppose to have arrived at airport earlier, but due to airline snafus we had a late arrival. So glad we had Taxi Coop to pick us up & in a timely manner. There were four of us & they brought a van. Highly recommend their services.

We thought using their app would've given an easy way to deal with taxi cabs however... we booked our cab with the app, we missed a call 10 minutes prior to our reservation, and they cancelled on us. We called back and they said oh you didnt pick up so we cancelled, and they asked if we were close to a certain road and that they were 30 minutes away... it makes no sense to reserve a ride... I've had better service in developing world countries where they actually didnt make us scramble to get a ride to not miss a flight.

Smooth. But they need to use google maps. Google maps provides the best data.
