This is the store NOT to go to when your pet is hungry because THEY ARE NEVER OPEN WHEN YOU NEED THEM. They lie about their opening hours. I waited from 9am-11am on a Tuesday and they were still Not opened. I witnessed a lot of customers fiddling with the door and eventually leaving. The website says they open from 9am. That is a HUGE lie.

Store was nice, so were the employees. The dog washing station needs some work. The water pressure changes causing you to get soaked when it skyrockets. The water temperature is also all over the place. Get that fixed and it would be great.

Loved the customer service. The employees were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We are first time pet owners and the selection for food, toys and accessories is amazing! Our little pup loves all his purchases! This will be our new pet store. Thanks Pet Value team keep up the great work!!!

Maureen gave me the best customer service I have in my life she took care of my puppy and held him comforted him also helped me decide on everything to buy she is truly amazing and great my puppy was so comfortable around her she also helped me decide on toys and leashes and other things that are perfect for him. Erika is truly great too. I am very happy with the Amazing service help and great kindness Thankyou will only go to this location!Heather is so amazing too always helping me with best choicesI am so grateful I got the first puppy cut here by Alex she did the best job ever my puppy looks amazing and feels great she calmed him down.

Worst staff ever. Very unprofessional especially the brunette girl with glasses. Requested help with finding a product and that girl picked up a call and kept talking with her friend. Waited for a long time and had to leave. If you keep hiring staff that are uncommitted and unprofessional, I don’t know how you can remain in business. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I would highly advise anyone to avoid if possible at all cost.

Went today for my booked apt for my fur baby to have a wash, nails & teeth done at their newly added grooming section. I’m very impressed! Happy with the services received and the welcoming greeting walking in to both myself and my dog. The rest of the store has been renovated also, looks great and is super clean. Booked another grooming apt on the spot after seeing well they took care of my pup. He was in good spirits when I picked him up and the staff was smiling and happy which left a great impression.
