Princess Auto

Check to see if they have it in stock online first, been accurate with all my online pickups so far, saves some time, but never know if they have to cancel something, thought they messed up my order but just canceled items, even though i saw one of them in the aisle, it fell off a shelf, so they had it but couldn't find it. Oh well, at least i didn't pay for it.

Huge store, with a lot of needs being served at one time without giving Walmart or Canadian Tire any money. Free Wi-Fi and a couple public restrooms along the way if you need to quickly research anything. Great service as well.

Always great to go into a store and so many people to ask questions too.Had a return, customer sevice associate (Emma) was great.Very helpful and friendly.Great service appreciated always.

Love this retailer, they have hands down the best customer service I have ever seen, exceeding that of Amazon. All the people who work there are helpful and some are very cool and knowledgeable. Instead of just refunding you or replacing the product, they will repair things that you buy from them if they break and tell you what went wrong so you don't repeat the same mistake, as a mechanic or even hobbyist, I commend the spirit of this retailer. Not only are they saving trash from building on landfills, but they are educating the public and building the spirit of tradesmen. They offer yearly contests and bring in cool things every year. I would give them 6 Stars out of 5 if I could, they are above and beyond. Consider them my first choice and ally when I shop for the shop.

Today I started off with having a horrible experience with the lady at the customer service desk. I am experiencing flooding at my home and my landlord had ordered and paid for a pump for us yo get the water out of our basement. The lady at the desk was very rude and would not try to fast track the pickup for us. The order was made a few hours prior and she had no desire what’s so ever to try and help us. We had explained our basement was filling with water and she did not care she was more concerned about making sales. Our pump was paid for and sitting on the shelf. So anyways. We came back a few hours later right before close as we still hadn’t heard from the store. The super kind young man at the desk was Kaden and he was so so helpful. Our order had still not been processed but even though he was very busy he did everything he could do and got our order fast tracked for us. I am so greatful the store has such a kind employee who you can tell genuinely cares about the customers. I will always be greatful for that!! Thank you Kaden, you have re gained my faith in princess auto

Great store, has everything you never knew you needed. Not very impressive compared to some other locations inventory wise but very convenient location

It's the larger of the princess auto locations in or just outside Ottawa. The surplus section is a bit smaller then I expected but otherwise great selection.

an absolute armpit. rude; disinterested staff, who don't seem to care that you bothered to stop by. if you can manage to get help from anyone, they're completely clueless nit-wits. princess auto is still a fantastic retailer, but this location is a hot mess. whoever manages this place has completely failed.

Went in for hub caps in a place with Auto in the name.. no hub caps besides one set on clearance that are the wrong size. I thought Canadian tire had no choices but it can be worse apparently. Very disappointed.I take the blame though for assuming it had auto in the name that it would have all various car parts.

Bought a kayak as a gift. On sale and the warehouse person was super by helping fit this 3 metre item into our van. Great price, great service.
