Very nice venue and easy parking both getting in and out. Only negative was some of the concession stand workers did not speak English which made conversing a little difficult but we managed.

What a great entertainment place to host any venue. This place is huge and offers every patron the opportunity to take in and see world class attractions. Great parking outside and located in the center core of Quebec City

This is great venue for concerts. I saw Ghost here last week and it sounded incredible! Managed to show up an hour before the doors opened and got a spot in the second row. Needless to say I had a wonderful night!!

Amazing facilities, we went for a Brian Adams concert and arrived almost on the time concert started. Even with a full house, the process to enter was very well managed. Bars and toilets well located, and efficient, superb facilities. In addition the way our was smoothly and organized. Such a great surprise. And of course the concert was fabulous! Good energy and amazing songs.

Venue was easy to get into. Ample amount of restrooms. Easily accessible drink and food vendors. Venue is located in heart of French speaking provence so be prepared to not hear much English or see any translations. Staff were bilingual and we're pleasant when asked if they spoke English. Crowd was more reserved than other crowds I've experienced at hockey games. Overall a good experience, would recommend to anyone visiting Quebec City and wanted to try something new. Only caution would be driving into the venue was difficult as traffic was backed up considerably. Prepare for that and leave early to get to venue before a game or show. We cut it real close, barely made it to pick drop.

Went to a concert here, was the easiest concert experience I've ever had. It was smooth parking, very smooth security check and the staff even make sure you know where to go to get to your section. The bathrooms and refreshments are both very abundant and lots of choices available too. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone that is considering going to an event here. The seats are comfortable and there's no bad seat/section in the house.
