Got me in at the last minute (way quicker than the big places), were open and honest about repairing vs replacing the windshield, and did a great job (repair seems to be permanent). They also took care of all my ICBC paperwork… awesome service.

I had my windows replaced here in two separate occations. Most recent one, had a situation where we couldn’t find the correct window due to shipping delays and rarity of my car but BC Autoglass was able to locate the needed part, keep me up to date on estimated time and price. Fantastic communication. Then actual replacement of the window was done swiftly in a very professional level. Cannot be more happy with the service and level of professionalism. Wish more businesses were operating like BC Autoglass. Cannot recommend enough.

I forgot to mention I needed a tinted rear view and they only had clear in stock, instead of sending me elsewhere or maybe delaying a day, goes and finds a tinted window and it's merely another hour of estimated wait. No extra charge either. For going above and beyond I'm mentioning BC Autoglass to anyone who will listen
