Brite & Easy Blinds

Fantastic service. I can see why this place is so busy.I had a large frayed blind recorded and cleaned and the thing is good as new. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very pleased with it overall and will definitely come back here for my blinds.

They came and went over each window and made great suggestions for blinds that would fit our needs. Fantastic selection of colours and styles. Once the blinds arrived they had them installed in half a day, very quick. Went over operation and everything with each one.Very great experiance and will recommened to anyone needing new blinds.

I called to see if Brite & Easy were able to clean and repair my patio door blinds and the fellow I spoke with was so friendly and helpful. I was in a bit of a rush as these blinds were for my Airbnb. I needed them back within 3 days. I was so happy when they actually had them ready for me in two days.This is the second time I have used this company and I highly recommend them. They have extended the life of my blinds by several years.

Horrible communication. Very unsatisfactory experience.Three days AFTER I was told the 3 blinds would be ready, I called them and was told they weren't done yet and that the shop was closing early for a 2-year-old's birthday party. Fair enough but I was promised the blinds by the following Tuesday at the latest (a week longer than I was originally told) and to expect a call then. Tuesday - no call. Wednesday, Thursday - no call. I went to the shop to inquire and they had not been touched. They were actually dirtier than when I dropped them off: to be expected after kicking around their shop for two weeks. I took them back. Apparently, they are having staffing issues.Would not recommend.

Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Brite n Easy. I dropped my household venetian blinds off on Friday morning and picked them up about 4 hours later. Very impressed and they looked beautiful hanging back up. Roger is very accommodating, friendly and professional. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be so into the future. Another thing that particularly appeals to me is that I can drive right up to the front door of the business, drop off my blinds and don't have to worry about parking. Very easy access right off Old Island Highway.

We had two large Hunter Douglas cellular blinds picked up and cleaned by Brite 'n Easy. They provided service within a week of calling, arrived on time and returned the cleaned blinds in the same day. What a difference it made! Our blinds are clean after years of dogs, dust and open windows! Great service and awesome cleaning! Thank you!

This is a great company and an example of a how a non-franchised local business can make things work better. From start to finish they were helpful, polite, efficient, less costly and, most importantly, experienced (and what a difference that makes). As was necessary in my situation, the installers were creative in finding a solution to my window that just isn't standard. To be highly recommended.

We recently had all of our ventian blinds removed, cleaned a reinstalled by Roger and Chris. We couldn’t be happier with the results! The blinds were all thoroughly cleaned, two repairs were completed and all of the 17 blinds were returned and rehung the same day. Roger has been in the business a long time and he and Chris were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Covid safety protocols were strictly followed. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Great experience with this local business. It was readily apparent that they know their business well and have served the community in that capacity for a long time. So much so that when I mentioned where I lived they knew exactly which company installed our blinds some 20-odd years ago! They called to be sure that they could go ahead with additional repairs that to our blinds that became apparent while they were cleaning them. Very reasonable rates. Happy to recommend Brite and Easy. Great to have this local business so near by.
