DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.I’m extremely disappointed. I have emailed them several times regarding my Cool-sculpting service and requested a refund. They have not replied to a single one of my emails, and refuse to provide me with my Before and After photos.I was assured that I was an ideal candidate for this procedure, and I had high expectations for the results.However, after going through the pain, spending a considerable amount of money, and giving ample time for the results to show, I have not seen any difference in my stomach. In fact, it appears to be bigger than before the treatment.I understand that individual results can vary, but I am deeply disappointed with my outcome.I feel that the treatment was misrepresented to me, and the lack of results has caused me significant emotional distress in addition to financial burden.The lack of communication from this company shows that they do not care for their client’s results, but simply want to take peoples money and refuse customer service.The fact that they have ignored all of my emails and refuse to respond to me to mediate the issue speaks VOLUMES.

Did my first laser treatment at the Hamilton location with Vina. I’ve done laser in the past as well, but I was very pleased with my service. The Hamilton location itself is very nice and big and clean and so many things to offer. And Viva was so kind and compassionate. She’s great at what she does. She’s patient and sensitive. Yesterday for the first time I experienced two(2) therapies from their Locke Street location in Hamilton. Indeed I feel better after experiencing PEMF and red light therapy. I feel lighter and charged physically and mentally in a positive manner. I have scheduled two (2) additional appointments in order to experience additional pain relief through out my body. I am blessed to have met Mary yesterday, she is indeed a positive asset for the therapies I explored yesterday. Her customer service was excellent as well as her knowledge of the therapies offered at the the Locke Street location. Her smile, positive energy and kindness also added to my positive experience. She went above and beyond customer service. Keep up your good work Mary.

Amazing Coolsculpting session today from Yasha! I thought it was going it was going to be painful but the treatment was relaxing and even the massage after was pain free! Super excited to see my results & I’ll be adding my results in after 6 weeks thanks Yasha!

Everything was great until I put on the black wrap towel for the cryotherapy. It was very scented with the scent of commercial dryer sheets. I get migraines and sinus pain from artificial fragrances. Sadly, it didn’t occur to me that a place called supernatural would use such things.I realize people without scent sensitivities can’t understand how awful it is to have one, but using unscented dryer balls would give you the same result, and allow someone like me to consider returning for your services.Otherwise I enjoyed the experience.

I was very nervous about having my first Brazilian laser treatment, but Yasha was so sweet, patient, and professional! She was very comforting and did the job perfectly! I am looking forward to going back for my next session.

This place is amazing! I went there for the first time on the weekend to try out the cryotherapy and the red light therapy. I was greeted by Katy and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and welcoming.I loved the services, the cryotherapy wasn’t as bad as I thought and the 3 minutes went by fast, and it made me feel great. The red light was very relaxing and I defiantly took a nap. I then added the compression therapy which I recommend. It looks like you were wearing hockey pads but it was relaxing and the pain in my legs felt better when I left. I will definitely be back soon.

I attended the open house for LaserbodyMD and Supernatural on Locke St. in Hamilton on June 16 and it was awesome. Staff were so informative and a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Amazing selection of preventative health services, as well as wellness products/services for inside and out! Never quite experienced a spa/wellness clinic all in one like this before and am super excited to have it just steps from my home!

Just got laser hair removal & it was basically painless despite it being in a sensitive area! Vina is absolutely lovely to chat with & did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend this treatment with this provider!
