What a shady operation this is. Locking out garage doors on tenants, hiking up laundry costs to $20 a load, messing around with tenants buzzer codes, all at 275 Melvin Ave in Hamilton. What kind of operation are you running here. How childish and immature. You should be ashamed at your stupidity. You're not as invincible as you think. Just wait.

Moved in 4 months ago in one of their properties, The transition of the moving was easy and staff was very helpful with the moving. The building is very tidy and clean. Highly recommend it!

Loud renovations by extremely rude contractors six days a week, sometimes before 7am and after 7pm. May as well live at a construction site. At least the construction site might pretend to care when contacted, unlike Michael Klein. And the construction site is probably better kept than any of Michael's properties.

Michael Klein has a history of buying apartment buildings, evicting all the tenants within, and massively hiking rent prices for the new tenants. He is currently doing this to the tenants of 1A Bansley. He has avoided all attempts to communicate, negotiate, or compromise with tenants.

Greedy landlord with a reputation for renovicting tenants and driving up rents. Known to use contractors to make a building as noisy and disruptive as possible to try and drive tenants out.

One of the worst companies in Ontario new renters be very careful this company has a history of shady tactics, loud renovations and hiring very rude and unprofessional property managers who treat current tenants very poorly to get them to leave so they can hike up the rent prices on new renters. for your own good just stay away from any family property buildings.
