Absolutely insane and unprofessional service.We had this company at our property for mice and spider control back in November. At the time when we were hiring these guys were polite and very welcoming, we didn't understand that this was a bloody TRAP!! They came and did all the work and promised that if mice or spiders return, in less than 6 months, they will do FREE pest control. Less than two Months and SPIDERS are back!. This time they are more than what it was before.Tried calling this company for 10 days with no luck and have left voicemail every single time. These guys are so unprofessional that they don't even have a courtesy to return the call and service the customer.They don't answer it intentionally. As I tried calling from a different number posing as a new customer - Guess What? they called back in less than 30 minutes and left a voicemail. This shows that these guys are just sucking the money and not giving the service that was PROMISED- ALL FALSE PROMISE- SHALL NEVER GO BACK OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY. I AM GOING TO LODGE A COMPLAINT NOW AS I WANT MY MONEY BACK... Anyone willing to join in complaining can DM me and we can do so collectively.

I would give 10 stars if i could. Called these guys after two other companies failed to show up. They answered our our call, booked an appointment and were even able to show up same day and start the removal of a momma raccoon and her babies.

This is the second year that we have had this company to eliminate ants in all the brickwork pathways at the front of our house. Our neighbours have used these guys before and they keep having them back for spiders etc. We’ve found them pleasant, professional and thorough. It’s also probably the only cost that is the same this year as it was last year! Thanks Carl

I called Pest Pro to exterminate Carpenter ants in my home in Whitby. I was hesitant at first given their reviews but the owners explained they are under new management for years now and are still suffering from the previous owners mistakes. Mike and Carl were punctual, polite, and the price cannot be beat compared to bigger companies. A nice family business. I hope you consider this company and don't hold their past reviews against them!

They did a great job doing for ants. Steer only one treatment they were gone.

This was the first time using a pest control service and I was concerned since I knew so little on the subject.They really made me feel at ease from the start of the phone call until they left. They were knowledgeable, on time and courteous. They gave me advice to prevent future pests which came in very handy.I would easily recommend them to anyone having issues with pests.

Had an appointment with this company, they only gave a 2 hour window as to when they would show up. I called once the window was expired phoning the number listed and had to leave a message no one phoned back for 10 minutes. The man who did call was rude and arrogant stating that I needed to ensure to be prepared for the appointment. I assured the man that we were prepared and it was an inconvenience that no one had arrived. He stated that no one from our home called to 'confirm' placing the blame on a customer. Arrogant customer service. Once I asked if they needed a credit card in advance the man hung up... seems strange.
