Pizza Hut Winnipeg

The pizza and service at this location (Plessis) has become terrible. When they first opened it was good and now just awful. I’ve received pizza with incorrect toppings, either extremely dry, dripping in oil, lack of toppings and lately raw. Unfortunately, when letting staff know about the issue there is a language barrier. Management not helpful either.

Was going to place an order but dominoes seems like a better option now after seeing the reviews

Was hoping to have a lovely family dinner at home, since my son's fish died today but instead it turned a nightmare of a dinner.Order showed up1 hour later then claimed it would. The order claimed to be delivered when it wasnt, upon calling the restaurant and waiting on hold 15minutes we were told there is an issue, no S***. So we waited as instructed another few minutes as they had an issue with the first delivery person. The second guy drove around the block a couple times and only once i aftually got dressed and came out to greet the delivery person. I saw him walk from down the block, even though he passed our house twice.The deliver person was on hisnpersonal cell talking in his naitive language clearly not giving a S***Slices where cut willy nilly and one of the pizzas was partly cooked. Definitly will never go here again. Wouldnt be surprised if i end up with food poising from the few bites i had.

the cheese on the lovers pizza had soo many bald spots, just sauce is all you saw. The lovers pizzas are supposed to have twice the cheese than a regular pizza.... that was not it al all!Hardly any cheese. It looked like it fell before it was baked. Also They dont follow instructions well at all!!! . twice this has now happened. Never coming back!

Update:After their reply to my review, I reached out to them using the contact form linked and have yet to receive a response. Not surprised.*** If you want to order from this place, with some insurance" behind it

This Pizza Hut makes me depressed. I’ve been eating pizza hut for years. Do you honestly believe this is how we expect Pizza Hut to be? You have a questionable manager. Never coming here again after 5 disappointing pizzas 5 separate times.

Well it's kind of mixed. The staff was super friendly and fast. However I ordered 1 large Pan Pizza total with taxes was $24 and when I opened the box there was more bare spots on the pizza than area covered with cheese and toppings. It tasted fine but really lacking on cheese and toppings especially for the money. I may try again,not sure.

We always order pizza hut. First time we ordered from here and we got disappointed. They are very stingy with the toppings. One pizza had barely any cheeze. Just bread almost. Second one was a supreme pizza. Each slice you can count how much toppings was on. Like 1 or 2 pieces of meat, 2 pieces 1/4 x 1/4 of onions

What a complete disappointment.We ordered our normal 2 large pizzas and 1 gluten free. (We are from Ontario and order from Pizza Hut all of the time at home). We were heading home and hadn’t had lunch so we thought pizza to go would be great. Well when I got there she didn’t make the gluten free one, so we had to wait. No apologies, no discount, nothing. Fine whatever.I specifically told her we need it cut as we are travelling and have to way of cutting it ourself.Came back and she told me she couldn’t cut it. I explained again that it’s for my 9 year old son and we are travelling, so it has to be cut. Ok. So 10 minutes and a whole lot of drama later she gives me our pizza. I wish I took a picture. The gluten free pizza looked like throw up with pepperoni on it. Slopped into the box, soggy dough with pieces just all over the box. I went in and asked for a refund and told her I didn’t want any of my order. She was upset because the other pizzas were fine and the gluten free pizza wouldn’t have looked like that if she didn’t cut it… except it was still soggy/raw in the whole Center so wether it was cut or not, it was still a mess.Also, did she expect me to feed the rest of my family pizza while my 9 year old had nothing? Thankfully the manager (I think) listened and refunded me. Now we are on the road with very disappointed kids. Note to self, go with subway when in Winnipeg… it’s a safe bet.
