I saw Dr.Sharaf for a consultation and he was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. He diagnosed my condition was able to refer me to the appropriate people for additional care. Compared to the other orthodontists I’ve seen in Ottawa, I consider him to be the best one I’ve seen yet. The kind atmosphere of the clinic coupled of his excellent care and expertise made for a truly remarkable experience when it comes to orthodontic care. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a great experience here! I had a retainer issue that they were able to fix it so quickly and kindly. Stephanie was able to get me in last minute and the team was absolutely great after I arrived. I highly recommend this team as they genuinely cared and were so efficient as well. 10/5 stars if I could give that.

Have been coming here since I was a teenager with Dr Milne. The new ortho Dr Sharaf is excellent - personable, knowledgeable and thorough.

I started treatment here in Fall 2020 under Dr.Milne. When Dr.Sharaf acquired the practice I was transferred to his care. I was by no means an easy patient, I asked a load of questions, always wanted to know what was happening, and was very particular about it looking right and Dr. Sharaf always answered all my questions and took my concerns into consideration. I got my braces off today (they squeezed me in on a cancellation so I could get them off before a trip, yay) and I’m so so happy with the results. Thank you again!

Dr. Sharaf is a lovely guy and very knowledgeable about his practice. I’ve been to this office a couple of times now and I was impressed by how friendly the staff are and how ready and willing they are to help you with whatever you need. They live up to their name and I would highly recommend them.

Experience with Dr. Sharaf has been great throughout. I was offered multiple treatment options and decided to go with braces. He really cares about his patients and wants the easiest and most effective treatment. The process wasn’t too painful on days I had to get them tightened and I was given all the tools and instructions to help me keep my teeth clean. The retainer process was pretty easy too. The staff at the office are very welcoming. The office has wifi for when you’re in the waiting room. Overall, I will bring my kids here when the time comes.

Great experience. Very fast, professional service. They fixed a bonded retainer I had that had come off in under 15 minutes from when I arrived, didn't make me wait at all. Would definitely recommend.
