I've been coming to Frank for the last 10+ years since I got my first car. I have not a single bad thing to say about his business and team, they are always incredibly friendly and honest. They are quick and efficient, and give heads up if they find anything that they think may need repairs in the next few months. My Dad owns an Auto Body shop and trusts Frank with his mechanical repairs for vehicles, he always speaks positively about Frank and his team. To top it off, they posted photos to show what needs to be done and even highlight the problem areas.Communication is important when it comes to repairs. When they couldn't reach my cell phone (in an area without service), they contacted my wife to make sure we knew what was going on and waited for a response.If you haven't seen their new shop, make sure you break something on your car, so you have an excuse to go check it out. First time being there but t there prices are fair and competitive being about $95 per hour. The Mechanics are very knowledgeable and experienced he staff was very friendly. They had coffee, tea and a tv with the news on it to watch. I got lucky and won a gift card there for a free oil change and tire rotation, but I definitely will return for the price, service and location. Great job in my opinion and I'm glad you supported breast cancer by donating a gift certificate to the CIBC Tillsonburg raffle. I won the ticket and you won a repeat customer. Win, Win!

Needed emergency work done on our breaks on a Saturday morning. Frank fit us in and stayed late until the job was done. Excellent work and excellent prices.

AUTO MECHANIC RIP OFFS, continues to affect the pockets of thousands of Canadians across the country and unfortunately for the first time in our lives we too became victimized by an AUTO REPAIR SHOP.The name of the shop is Frank's Auto Repair in Aylmer, Ontario, who surpassed a simple DIAGNOSTIC test by taking apart an entire electronic box that involved hundreds of dollars of labour, WITHOUT CONSENTING with us.The worst aspect about this situation, is that even paying for a DIAGNOSTIC test and ONE HOUR labour, owner Frank Branman who admitted negligence, returned the payment and kept the INVOICE open as UNPAID.Bad shops make frequent mistakes and GOOD SHOPS make less of them, but when they do, 99 out of 100 times they will HOLD their customers accountable such is the case with our situation with Frank's Auto Repair.Know your right as a consumer and be wary of what MECHANICS should and should not be allowed to do when servicing your vehicle, remember as the CUSTOMER you are the one who will be absorbing the OVERCHARGES.

Unbelievable experience at Franks Auto. The owner Frank is the kindest man and really cares about my vehicle. The service advisor Justin is TOP NOTCH and cares about my cars. I look forward to it every time I come back as I know I am in good hands!

Great Proffesional service, fair pricing. They were happy to squeeze me in same day for a/c diagnostics on my truck,and even provided a loaner vehicle which was unexpected and a huge help.Happy to have them work on my vehicle, and will definitely be back with future repairs.
