I was looking for a roofing company to act promptly and replace the roof on a property in Chatham. Mark’s quick response and follow up got him the job. My dealings with Mark at Shadd roofing was all via text as I live more than 275km away from the property. We signed the deal on Friday last week, he completed the job by Sunday! Incredible! He Maintained constant communication via texts and pictures. I finally went to Chatham yesterday and seen it personally. The new roof looked great. I placed a call to SHADD ROOFING and received a response within 24 hours. Mark came out and check my roof to give me an estimate of the repairs which were not extensive and he had the job complete within two hours. I was very impressed with his professionalism and customer service. I WILL DEFINETLY use this company for any further roof repairs...God forbid I have anymore.

Roof leaked after install, insurance company cited poor workmanship, contacted company and they offered no way to resolve. Only went with this company to support local and I guess I got what I deserve.
