Co-operators General Insurance Company

Racist company absolutely unacceptable. Krista Mollins-Jamieson...has caused me an extreme amount of stress and anxiety.I have had my auto theft claim going on since August 2022 and it's almost January 2023. They keep ignoring my calls after leaving numerous messages for them to call me back. Do not open a policy or any policy with them they will just throw you under a bus.

The worst decision I ever made in my life was to insured my car with the co operators, someone hit my car from behind and damaged my rear bumper clearly i was not at fault in the accident, the accident happened on the 22nd of September 2020 and until this day my car is still at metro toronto collision centre yet to be worked on still awaiting the authorization from the co operators to repair my car and they even raised my insurance after the accident.They investigated me ask me for statements over and over again, asking me to give back the rental I had and over and over again telling me to move my car from the shop where it is at.Christa told me to pay for the storage for my car and that they cannot promise me that I will be reimbursed,they continue to dragged the situation out and act has if you weren't paying your insurance,.they gave me hope tha tomorrow they will have a decision for me and when tomorrow comes they are still investigating .Please do not insured your vehicle with this company, please stay away from them.

How this company CEO is managing the company, Rob Wesseling you just don't deserve job when your client have to wait on call for 2 hours to talk about there policy on call center such a disgusting company it is.

The wait times are atrocious. How can you have clients waiting over an hour on a daily basis. 4 calls to them and each wait was over 45 minutes with one being over 90 minutes.

Terrible company to deal with! My experience was we sent a payment to a Toronto Address, we got notice that they had not yet received the payment, we called and were told that the Toronto office no longer recieves payments but they will forward them to Guelph

Co-operators deceives people. They are increasing insurance without any notification in the renewal term. If anyone planning to go with co-operator, I would suggest not to go with deceivers. Find some good insurance company. Have a worse experience with co-operators.

This company teaches there adjusters to slanders and defame small business's to steer clients to their own preferred body shops to make and save money. We had an adjuster slander us to the point we lost revenue and a client. See letter attached admitting wrong doing this is almost on a daily basis that body shops experience this and we feel the public should see both sides of the story since body shops are always the vultures they name us to be.

What's the meaning of these whole bunch of agents even not comparable to an easy one-step automatic robotic agent. Wasted more than 40mins without even giving a simple quote. And the agents on the phone were so arrogant and ignorant that just collecting my personal information without sharing any quote information. Because of their incompetency they even cannot pull up a single quote. Did the quote online somewhere else. Agents here even were unable to compare with a single robot

Mr Cheema,is irresponsible and does not get back to people in a timely fashion.Mr. P.J. Cheema is disorganized person and doesn’t care for your customers !Or he likes to only bat for the Cooperaters not for his clients
