I wish I could give a ZERO star for the most dishonest company I've ever experienced in Canada.My business stopped the service on December 1,2021 and Capital Alarm has been charging my account every month after. I called and e-mailed and was assured every time that I would get refund by e-transfer. Four months passed and my business got charged four times. The person I contacted is April (I think she is the same person who rated her company the first FIVE star four years ago).Be careful with your money when you have to deal with this fraud.
