As first-time buyers who had just recently moved to Alberta, we were a bit apprehensive about the home buying process. But we got lucky to meet Jeff while visiting an open house.He provided clear and helpful guidance, and was very responsive whenever we needed him. He was friendly, punctual, communicative, detail oriented and very patient with replying to our long emails with many questions multiple times. Mr. Pasche is very professional and easy to communicate. We are not living in Calgary, but he went through all the procedures with us to make a remote purchase a smooth and problem-free experience. He is patient, and not pushing at all.
