We purchased California shutters from Graham’s and they were great at installing them on time. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the pins breaking on the openers. We called them and told them that we needed to get some clips to repair it. They said they would call the manufacturer and let us know when they had them in again.We waited for a call and no response. We left messages and emails and still no response. We finally got ahold of Grahams and spoke to them between February to July. They gave excuses that covid has slowed now the manufacturing of them and will have to wait to get them. We waited another month and still nothing, called again and were told that they were ordered and that they were calling the manufacturer to get a delivery date. They said they would call us back the next day and let us know. They never did!We were shopping at Home Depot for other items and noticed that they carried the same brand of shutters so we asked a sales person where to purchase some clips and he gave us the manufactures phone number and said “give them a call.”We did and a lady from the manufacturer said that she could send them as long as we paid the shipping. She informed us that they were always in stock! It took a few weeks so I called her again and she admitted that she forgot to send them and said she would send them right away shipping included. We got them the same week and I fixed the shutters myself.We never heard back from Graham’s and sons and I’m sure we never will.It’s been months and still no response!

Graham’s Interiors & Son is our go to! We have our home in Hespeler done with stunning shutters and now our cottage in Sauble Beach. We are so impressed that they go over and beyond to get the job done right. We are thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend anyone thinking of window treatments to use them. I hightly recommend this business to get your motorized rollershades. The staff here are very friendly, attentive, and always provide honest direction for home upgrades whenever needed. I've dealt with many businesses in the past that provide similar services, but I must say these guys are at the top as they are very professional and do really good work. I highly recommend anybody in need of rollershades or home improvements to check them out!

Over the years I have chosen to deal with Graham’s the end product is always worth waiting for in spite of the length of time taken, their time estimates are often frustrating. Their work has always been excellent, the products good quality,their staff charming and personable. Just received my latest order from them and am very pleased. If you choose them remember the frustrating time span will be worth the wait.

We had a smaller bathroom reno in mind, therefore we reached out around late February or in early-March 2022 and had a chance to met Wayne Graham who came on time, took measurements, made some recommendations.He gave a high-level cost estimate on the spot that I was ready to take. We agreed that we would get a written quote and we can schedule the work but Wayne never got back to us. We followed-up in e-mail many times, left multiple voicemails but nothing happened.I understand that there is a crazy demand for home renovation and our project was probably small ($12k) compared to other needs on the go and Grahams de-prioritized us. But there is no excuse for ghosting a potential client.

Not going to lie management with trades people is very hard, every party on all sides are doing their best to respect schedules but it isn't always smooth. We had a lot of frustrating moments schedule-wise and there were many unpredictable issues. Nonetheless after having my floors cracked due to a sub-contractor's mistake, we had to redo the entire flooring, this was of course assumed by the managers with no cost. I can however vouch that the floors and bathroom works are now impeccable, they even allowed us to choose new tiles for all the trouble our home went through. They also sent us a cleaning lady to help clean the dirt which was appreciated. Overalls all is well now. Thank you.
