All the fake 5 star reviews are all from the owners friends, families and employees. I use to be a regular customer and I have witnessed them inside the store participating not as customers but close friends.This is gross and not right. This is false advertising and the salon is not as of a high standard as they sought out to be. I had two separate occasions with this store. The first occasion is that they constantly stare at you and judge you while you wait in the sitting area. As they eat in the corner of the store they gossip and talk about the customers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The second occasion is that I approached them and tried to spark conversation with them as a customer and told them what they were doing was not okay. They shut me down and gave me so much attitude

Not professional at all! They ruined my eyebrows after asking to be cleaned up. The lady did not listen to me and kept doing her own thing. AND still asked me to pay for the service! Not a happy customer.

This is the only salon I trust with my eyebrows. I have been coming here for over 10 years and they always do a great job. I am frequently complimented on my eyebrows and I refuse to go anywhere else.I have sensitive skin, and the areas that are worked on (usually eyebrow and upper lip) with threading and the wax usually is a little red for 30 minutes after the appointment, but it ALWAYS goes away after.The redness is also the same experience I have had anytime I get my eyebrows done and is not unique to this salon.They are very detail oriented and I always leave pleased. So thankful for them.

SEE YOU IN COURT.If you want someone to rip skin off and damage your face this is the place to go to.I came in to get my eyebrows waxed. When it was done my whole upper face was raw, red, swollen with blood spots. They told me “Your skin is dry”, AFTER she was finished. The next day upon confrontation, she said “Your skin is not dry it looks fine”.The owner and the other employee said it is just skin. The first few layers. It won’t leave a scar. They tried to offer more services and free products. Who in the right mind would come back after they damaged my face for “free services”.I am a nurse. It will leave a scar. Open wounds may lead to infections so I am unable to work during this pandemic to aid people.

I have been coming here for so many years! I dont trust anyone else with my eyebrows! Anu is the best, very precise and friendly. Recently they changed some of the interior and it looks amazing! Definitely would recommend the salon!

I have been going to Bella Hair and Beauty Spa since they opened in 2010. I always felt welcomed and both Pinky and Annu are truely professional hair stylists. I was so glad when they opened their business after covid. Thank you for your amazing service. Much appreciated!

Went today. For my haircut and beard trim. Trully speaking i had the best service from annu. She is most friendly lady. She did her job so perfectly. That my family is finally happy with my haircut nd beard. Love the way they treat people.

This is the only place i got in surrey for my eyebrows. They are the best to be honest, i usually dont trust anyone for eyebrows. Its my go to place now.
