I recently went to the Langley store to buy a pair of pants and was helped by this amazing associate Manpreet. I was greeted within 30 seconds of entering the store. She asked me what I was looking for and showed me various options. Her knowledge of the products were commendable, she knew her way around and told me what my different options were. You dont see this kind of customer service that often where you leave the store happy and satisfied. I will definitely be a regular just because of her.

Amazing place. Been here several times brought my parents here when they came down the visit. Customer service is 10 outta 10. Selection is 10 outta 10. My wife and I both shop here and bring our daughter. Truly a great place to get carhartt clothes. Lisa is usually the lady who takes care of us. She’s kinda caring and truly wanting to help. Makes sure someone is getting what they need and want she knows a lot about what she sells and does a amazing job at it.

Lisa from reddhart Langley was such a big help. She helped me find a vest I was looking for all over the city and gave me a great price!! Highly suggest going to see her! They also have the best carhartt selection I have seen in the city!

I came here today to buy a pair of Work boots. Lisa was very kind and helpful. She was very patient while I took my time to try different boots on to measure comfort. I ended up purchasing the Canada West Climber boots. Thank you very much Lisa!

Long over due I know. I went in there a year and a half ago to get the carhartt ladies leggings and They didn’t have my size so the cashier asked if I’d like to put my name on a list because they would be getting some in soon and I would get a phone call to come in and grab a pair. The person took the size that I thought I would need, my name and my phone number. I am yet to hear back from them. I appreciate the effort they made but the follow-through just wasn’t there

I had a great experience when shopping at Reddhart. The manager Lisa and her Coworker were really polite and knowledgeable. Lisa helped me find everything I was looking for. Would recommend anyone looking for safety work wear to visit this store.

The store have a really good selections for my feet, I have a wide feet and It didn't take long for me to find the steel toe shoes that I like and fit comfortably. The staff and manager on site were super friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my purchase at this store in Langley.I am definitely returning here for my next purchase.
