Lake Charron Regional Park

Pros: Grassed daily camping site, Quite, all facilities and sites are close by, friendly staff, brand new playgroundCons: small, too short/no trail, tiny sand beach, not much to do other than water sports

Best place on earth!

Water is so dirty and it stinks. Nothing to do if you dont have a boat. No one can sit in the beach as the smell is so bad. Please do not go there. Aithorities should do something about the water.

A nice quiet park with a lot of wildlife including many species of birds. The park is on an island with a man made causeway for access by vehicle. Since it is an island, it has never been cultivated and hosts many plant species that may have disappeared elsewhere.The lake doesn't have fish, but it is great for water skiing, tubing, kayaking and canoeing.There are a number of electrified seasonal lots available as well as overflow camping. The campsites are well maintained and most are quite private.It has modern playground equipment for the kids. A modern bathhouse with hot showers is available.

We own a lake front property at Lake Charron. We love that it is a well maintained, small, quiet regional park on a little island. It is our little oasis.

Nice place to camp 5star if it had full water and sewer for camper

Great campground! The caretaker does a lot of work to keep this place looking clean and beautiful. One of the nicest campgrounds I've been too.
