The Loft at Earls Yaletown
Couldn’t have asked for a better reception venue. As someone who hates planning, I did not want to deal with with multiple vendors, this is a one stop shop for everything you need. I didn’t even need a wedding coordinator as they literally helped with everything venue wise. You can host both a ceremony and a reception here but we opted for just the reception as we hosted a private ceremony elsewhere, however they were super accommodating of both. The layout was perfect, the space had so many options for those who wanted to sit and chat without having to stand on the dance floor, or back at the dinner able. This was a huge plus for our elderly family members. There was enough decor and furniture that I barely had to add to the space to make it look event ready. The staff were amazing and accommodating with not only all of our questions leading up to the day, but during. The food was amazing and the portions were huge and they even packed up leftovers for us to take home so we didn’t waste anything. I still have people reaching out to me mentioning how good the food was. I am very pleased with our choice to host our reception at the loft and would recommend it anyone! Everyone tells you to plan for things to go wrong on your wedding day, but our day couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you to the earls team for making it so easy for us to enjoy our day.

We had our wedding at The Loft and it was absolutely amazing. It was the perfect venue. You barely need any decor because it’s already so beautiful - and the food was DELICIOUS. 10/10 recommend!

We had our company dinner and party here. The food was amazing, the roasted quinoa salad was the hero, only topped by the tender chicken breast main. The staff was very friendly and made our event special. Thank you!

I ate here for a dinner time event during a conference. Well over 100 of us in the group. We had a family style service at the long tables. The service was impeccable, and the food was incredible! A definite highlight was the dessert bar - I had to leave before I could blame the restaurant for making me fat.I've never had a dinner in that style before, and was beyond impressed. If you are part of a large group, this place can accommodate you with ease.

I recently had my wedding at The Loft. Not only is the venue beautiful the staff were amazing! They were very accommodating to everything We needed. The meal was served family style which was perfect. Our guests loved the family style it made you feel as though you were on the farm. The food was incredible our guests are still raving about it! Thank you for helping to make our day perfect!

We had our wedding at The Loft at Earls Yaletown. The food was amazing with a good selection to choose from. They do family style which was different - but guests were able to take as much or as little as they chose to. Taste testing is not available. We got the Mother Earth Bowl salad - awesome; Mediterranean linguine - I liked it, but a tad tangy for most people; beets and charred broccolini - good; salmon with mustard miso - very good, not overcooked; sirloin steak - super tender with peppercorn sauce; cheesecake with seasonal fruits - very big portions, gave us regular and chocolate flavor. The price is quite fair with no 'rental' fee. Drinks selection was also pretty good. I communicated to the event coordinator via email and response time was anywhere from same day to one day (weekends excluded). The service on the day of was top notch, the event staff on site was super easy to work with, set up was just as communicated. They do regular table set up and let our helpers in early to set up the decorations. They have a sound system we connected with my computer to play our own Spotify playlist as we didn't have a DJ. We also used their projector for our slideshow. The had a mic as well. The ambiance was of vintage vibes with a modern twist. The lounge area was spacious with some booths and stables and bar; we used this space for the Chinese tea ceremony. The party room we had set up was a horseshoe shape which created an aisle for the main ceremony. The only thing I can pick on was that there is no bridal room - we had put up a sign in the women's washroom and used that as a bridal room; there's no electrical outlet in there but the staff had put an extension cord in for us; the lighting is very dim in there (you'll need your makeup artist to bring a ring light or smth, we used our cellphone flashlight as we were only touching up the make up). Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I had my wedding there this past weekend and the staff there were highly professional and helpful. A huge shoutout to Amanda and Tyler who were There to help us out every step of the way. The venue worked well with all our vendors and the drop offs and deliveries all happened without a hitch. This venue and the staff in the front of house and back made the most beautiful day of my life, a fairy-tale I’ll never forget. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding. The food was cooked perfectly and came out hot. The drinks were cold and refreshing and it all was unbelievably priced. Thank you again!

The Loft at Earls Yaletown
We recently had our wedding at the Loft at Earls Yaletown. The venue is such an important choice, and we're so glad we chose the Loft! Besides being conveniently located close to hotels and transit, it was great to have the ceremony and reception in the same space.The food was great (including some guests telling us it was the best wedding food they've ever had). They were also able to accommodate a large range of dietary restrictions (gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegan, etc). It was a bonus that they packed up the leftover food for us at the end of the night. We also appreciated that they had a lot of tasty, non alcoholic drink options.The staff were very responsive and attentive (both while coordinating with Victoria before the event and all the event staff). People were served very efficiently and there were no long bar line ups.The venue itself looks nice, which reduced the amount of decorations need. It was very convenient to be able to use their microphone and sound system so we didn't have to bring in rentals. We also appreciated that we could start setting up early in the morning. Overall, the Loft at Earls was a great choice and allowed us to focus on enjoying the day.

Maysa was an awesome server! We came after the Canucks game tonight and she was such a pleasure. Cracked us up, and recommended some killer margs. Ask for Maysa when you come in!! Seriously!
