I got an Oryx chassis for my rife and it is a very nice upgrade and their customer service is really good and fast I know I will be doing more shopping from them in the future. They even sent a Christmas card!

Excellent customer service, I bought a used ess chassis that was stripped and missing mag release and forend and they sent them free of charge to me. I have 2 MDT chassis rifles and they are unreal

I've been very happily using MDT products for several years now. They are engineered and work so well, that I never had a need to contact their customer service. This time around, I had problems with the (Black Friday hyper-pressure maxed out) on-line ordering systems and I submitted a support request. The response was quick, professional and to the point. MDT's commitment to nothing less than complete customer satisfaction is outstanding! They went way above and beyond to ensure that I am looked after. Great company with great support - I wish we had more like them!

I returned everything however…The product is very well made a quite beautiful. My issue was I saw no noticeable improvement in accuracy in my case with a Tikka CTR. I have purchased many MDT and Oryx chassis’ and parts and will continue to use their products. I mostly give 5 stars purely based on their service and honoring of their policies.
