First of all, the premium ticket is a scam! They let people in randomly so do not fall for it. The woman named Pascal, who was acting as the tour leader and talking on the mic explaining the scenes was very rude, unprofessional, aggressive, with a very poor voice and lack of knowledge. The seats are of low quality as well. I saw way better boats on the way so recommend you to do a bit of research and choose a better tour.

Beware that if you get on the boat cruise at 12:30 pm, you are likely gonna miss the Rideau Canel one at 2:30pm as the boat cruise arrives back at Ottawa Lock at around 2:20 pm. Having bigger gap in between is better.Other than that it is a great experience.

I bought tickets without a refund and no exchange of dates. I think the no changes of dates is so so ridiculous as a rule!!!! No I didn’t buy insurance!Not looking for a refund, just another date. Very disappointed with the ridiculous strict rules!!!

Had a great morning out on the river even with overcast weather. Great crew. Very friendly and informative. Beautiful views. Drinks and snacks very expensive but come prepared and it's not a problem.

Great views, great price, and a fun wheel to spin for a prize (we won a free ice cream bar for the cruise which was amazing). The boat has a lower and upper deck with seating and a bow on upper level where you can stand at the rail. Bilingual tour points out all visible Ottawa attractions (there are many).

Loved this tour.Catherine the tour guide is the best tour guide I have ever had in all my years of traveling and seeing places with your guides. She was witty and fun. She was knowledgeable. She was friendly. She is the reason I will do this again.I totally recommend for a chance to know more about Ottawa

Great trip through Ottawa river, nice staff and beautiful view. For special needs, it is more accessible from Gatineau side, as the access from Ottawa side is very long and the trail is not good for the wheel chair.
