When the reception staff called me to confirm the appointment that I had made online, it was the first time in a very long time that I was treated as a human in a medical context. I saw Dr. Dubuc and was treated with attention and professionalism. I will gladly continue to pay a fee to be treated with dignity and care, and not be endure the passiveness and disrespect of the public system.

Fantastic clinic. I had a terrible first OBGYN experience many years ago, and was so scared to get a pap test. If you're nervous at all about coming in, don't be. The whole thing took less than 2 minutes, I wasn't uncomfortable and there was no pain. They are pros!! And very friendly staff.

As an Ontarian, I am relieved that Montreal offers the option for private clinics. I desperately needed to see a UroGyno earlier this year and the Ontario healthcare system simply was not cutting it. The Sensolia booking and checkin process were excellent. The clinic is beautiful and updated with very modern offerings and technology which I appreciate. The front desk staff and everyone else I interacted with were kind.I am not 100% pleased with the quality of care I received from Dr. Leroux. I drove in from Toronto as I was in a desperate, severe situation. While I appreciate the fact that Dr. Leroux was kind, compassionate, and on time, I just did not find her thorough enough. She did not ask me as many questions as she should have and prescribed me a post-coital antibiotic, even though I had told her my situation was so severe that the act was not even possible. I do wish that for 12 hours total of travel, $200 spent on an Airbnb, and a $400-something-dollar Sensolia bill, I would have received something more than advice to take a warm bath and a Pap smear and urine culture.I want to be clear that I am not faulting Dr. Leroux. I can tell she cares and is a smart person. I do wish she was more experienced, perhaps more experimental, or even just more curious. I wish Sensolia and Dr. Leroux much luck and prosperity although I personally would not return to this clinic.If you find yourself needing to seek private healthcare, I sympathize and I’m wishing you speedy healing and recovery.

I went for the gynaecologist service and saw Dr. Dubuc, she made me feel so comfortable with the procedures, she also explained several things and made sure I understood. It was a really nice experience over all, from the receptionists to my appointment.

Wow, quel service incroyable !! Je suis allée consulter pour un kyste ovarien potentiellement cancéreux et le service a été personnalisé, humain. La docteure Dubuc a pris le temps de m'expliquer les résultats et de me diriger vers les bons services pour une prise en charge rapide. De plus, elle était humaine, compréhensive et douce. Je recommande assurément cette clinique.

I went to see Dr. Dubuc and I appreciate how she listened to my concerns and understood my choices while providing useful insights. I also got a pap smear for the first time and she talked me through what she was doing. It's an uncomfortable experience honestly but she's quick and lubed the speculum so it was over in a few minutes.

I had my first visit here. First of all the ladies at the reception were very welcoming and polite. The nurse(I guess his name is David) was a gentle guy. I was so desperate cause I always had difficult pap tests but dr. Dubuc treated me with professionalism. I will definately come back!

J’ai découvert cette clinique récemment quand je suis aller pour l’injection d’agent de comblement sous les yeux pour les cernes .C’est David qui a prit soin de moi . J’ai grandement apprécié son professionnalisme et sa transparence .Contrairement à mon expérience antérieure, dans une autre clinique, il a prit le temps de m’informer que comme j’ai la peau foncé, l’injection d’agent de comblement ne pouvait pas résoudre à 100% la problématique mais il m’a gentillement proposé un autre traitement qui pourrait m’aider . Il a également prit le temps de m’expliquer les options possibles avec ma morphologie .J’étais un peu stressée et il a su me mettre à l’aise rapidement .Je vais définitivement y retourner pour ce service et d’autres ☺️Merci à l’équipe et surtout à David pour cette belle expérience!!
