McMurray TV Centre

Gerry and the fine folks at McMurray TV are probably hands down BEST IN TOWN for customer service. I've boughten a lot things over the years at McMurray TV. Radar detectors, TVs and headphones and this smoker. The smoker was probably the best buying experience I've had to date. I message their Facebook page and Gerry answered all my questions during off hours. I called the next business day and they took my credit card and placed my order, it was very convenient because I didn't have to go in the shop at all because I knew what I wanted. Their prices were very competitive and they carry everything you need to smoke, pellets, spices, butchers paper the list is endless. They are so much more then a TV shop. So if you need a random item, talk to Gerry first before going to Edmonton, he has a lot contacts for appliances, air conditioning units, parts for the smoker or BBQs. I go to their shop for everything and I truly love their local business!

These guys have been around forever (Radio shack from the early 70s till Radio Shack was no more).They've been the Fort McMurray go-to for TV and Stereo equipment for 50 years.And the go-to place for appliances and Barbecue since 2016.

My boyfriend Ty and I recently bought a smoker and have come to make this place a regular stop for everything we need. Gerry is so approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. The staff are absolutely amazing. Just a wonderful place and they sell such a wide range of products. Highly recommend!!

I can't speak for the entertainment section as I didn't make it past the first half which has an amazing selection of slices, rubs, sauces and hot sauces for BBQ season.If your in the market for a new smoker they have a nice selection and very kind and attentive employees there that were eager to help answer my questions and didn't feel pushy at all.Great back home country kindness.Would 100% recommend!!!!

Owner is always available for assistance, extremely helpful and easy to talk with. Quite knowledgeable. I needed to purchase a specific refrigerator and he was more than willing to acquire the exact one I needed!!!! A definite go-to store for all your audio/visual equipment and a whopping selection of Bbq's and smokers with all the spices and ribs and pellets/chips.. Stop here first and you won't have to go anywhere else in Ft. McMurray!!!

Gerry Wong is the perfect example of a Store Owner who cares more about Customer Service, than making a sale.He will never rush you. He is always willing to answer every question or just have a friendly chat.The atmosphere of McMurray TV reminds me of a small town Barber Shop or a neighborhood convenience store, where the workers are always smiling and happy to see you.Great selection of BBQ products: spices, rubs, etc and all smoker accessories.Car Audio/ Security Products and Services (Stereos, Alarms, Starters, Amps, Speakers. Etc...)Huge selection of Electronics (TV's, Players, Stereos, Speakers, etc...)Lots of home appliances (Fridges, Kitchen Ranges, Washers, Dryers, etc...)
