Stanley Park Outdoor Pool

The water was very cold. Only 45 mins swimming allowed during covid.

Small hidden gem! Nice clean water and cute lifeguards. Not ever to busy if at all. Nice and clean also. A small slice of calming paradise and they have nice music playing too, most of the time.

The swimming pool is a tad small and the entrance is on the side - don't wait at the front, you will miss your spot!

Love this place. Always a great afternoon activity. Big thank you to the lovely teens and adults who run Stanley! They’re always so friendly and helpful. Be sure to bring a comfy chair. Also expect the occasional shower of pines from the pine trees if you sit at the back wall to watch the baseball games.

Been going to this pool since I was a kid, lots of nostalgia going there with my own kids. Great pool,not too deep which is good since mine are just learning to swim. Much busier then when I was young. A+ local pool.

Pool was great, staff were rude. We were the last group of people scheduled for a swim at the end of the day, and the women running the place were clearly antsy to get out ASAP. There are only two bathroom stalls to change in privately and only one working shower yet there was a total of 7 of us (two from. One group, 5 from mine) trying to get cleaned up and re-dressed. They shut the lights off on us and only turned it back on after one of my friends informed them that someone was stuck in the bathroom (the stall door was jammed). The staff member she had relayed this info to apparently had an attitude about it, which is just great.We at first thought the staff needed to clean and sanitize everything after we all left and before they can go home themselves, but nope! After we forced ourselves out before we were ready they immediately locked up and walked out. Douchebags.
