The only complaint I have ..there is no service on Sundays and evenings..My other complaint is there a dispatcher who is very rude..when I phone to book the bus and I hear her voice I hsng up and call again.to get another person...the drivers are great no problems ..

One of the most unorganized inconvenient systems .wow. They make it so hard to get a pass for a qualified individual. And when asking information about it the process they give no details like they expect you to know them then respond rudely. As well as they want EXACT change if purchasing tickets from a driver and as someone who works with adults with disabilities this can be very challenging for them. Fix your system kelowna. What a joke! Take care of our elderly & disabled people. Do better. Get nicer telephone operators who actually know how to give information and good service.Bus drivers are great. Have no issue with them! Just the male telephone operators and the horrible inconvenience it is for disabled people to get tickets & passes!

You keep complaining about lack of employees...bring back all the dam employees regardless of their personal vaccine status and your problem is solved. Ask any bus driver right now and they will agree,,,stop the segregation of their fellow workers!!!

One of your customers waited for 3 hours for her ride. They promised her a taxi since it was taking too long. I am so sad to say that the taxi never arrived. Do better, this are our seniors and they deserve a reliable service.

Phoned in for a customer to book a pickup as our customer asked us to call for her. Was unaware of the 'bookings' for pickup same day is not doable. She asked me the customers name and I gave what we knew the customers last name to be - it didn't match so I asked to try a different name - the woman I spoke with became very short because the name given was not the same as what they had on file. After I gave her the information she told me that they don't do pickups the same day and that they need to be booked ahead - again this was not known, I was only calling for a customer. Her tone was very rude and not friendly at all for the entire conversation as if annoyed that I called in AND waited on hold for 5 minutes and if I was a senior citizen using this service I would have been really disappointed by the response. Being a first time caller to them this was super unfortunate as working in Customer Service I would not expect someone to be this way towards a customer...

Worst customer service ever! If I could give a 0 star, I definetely would. Unprofessional staff, unapproachable, not friendly, and rude! Supposed to be, the staff are accommodating and approachable because their clients are with special needs but it's the opposite. Terrible!

Despite the occasional hiccup and the simple reality of necessary wait times its a quality service. The majority of drivers are not only friendly but truly caring about their clients. Receptionists are crazy busy but do their best to accommodate your travel needs. Door to door rides from your place of residence to the main entrance of your destination. It really is a godsend for those who cannot use the regular public transit system.

I’ve called 8 times since 10am this morning, no one has answered the phone. Keep receiving the same message that all staff are currently busy, your call will be answered as soon as possible. Then it asks you to leave a voicemail?I use this service once or twice a year to get to my doctors appointments on time.This is unacceptable for your customers. We only use your services because of disability!Even if you ran Any business this isn’t the way you run things. I doesn’t take a genius to figure that out.Unfortunately you’re the monopoly of where disabled people can access rides to do Basic human necessities like shopping or the doctors appointments.Reading a few reviews and hearing others complaints of waiting hours for a ride that doesn’t show up??Come on Seriously you know you need to step it up.You’re hurting the community you’re supposed to be helping.I wanted to give only a half a star but I had to give a full star but they barely deserve a half

Not very user friendly for the type of riders they claim to be able to take care of.Most riders wont complain about an issue because getting kicked off would make life harder but why so many tight standards being held against this kind of rider... ie...seniors and disabled?Call takers not always friendly. Better since call recording was added to their phone lines but still not by much considering their riders are in the class of disability and seniors.BTW... the drivers are awesome!If I could rate the drivers alone they'd get a five!
