They had beer, it was great

I went to return my empty bottles and I have already shorted domestic and imported bottles, but I have kept in same box. In the store there was a tall lady working, she was very rude and have no manners how to talk with customer.

They've done a great job with safety measures from day one of this pandemic. Always have my beer in stock. That's pretty much all you can ask for.

I've never been to The Beer Store before, but my first experience with this particular location was a positive one. The cashier was friendly, polite and efficient, as was the layout of the store. I didn't find the selection to be particularly impressive, compared to its competitors such as LCBO, but I was still able to find most of what I was looking for. The parking lot is easy to access and the location is fairly convenient for those living in the West End of Guelph.

I am a regular in this store and before covid was addressed to turn my music down in the store, did so without problems. And I am at the store today and I ask the worker who told me to turn down my music if I could have a mask (I forgot mine at home) he proceeded to come back and tell me i needed to turn down my music again..........but I wasn't playing music .......I was on a call with a friend, and he then decided to tell me that oh that was pretty annoying to" I addressed him and told him to please "don't express such to me I am on the phone" and then he continues to yell stating that I'm in there all the time with music blaring .....I can definitely have the other beer store workers there vouch for me in saying that was once maybe twice and turned the music off with no questions asked. Idk why he thought that that was a professional thing to do telling me that me being on the phone was annoying to him but I'm very un impressed with the service today won't be buying beer from there for a while"

Good selection, but no fridges or chilled section. Granted the whole store is 'chilled' but the pints are barely cold. The returns counter is fast and friendly.

Classic beerstore where you are able to walk around the beer to see what you want if you want to try something new. Not like the newer style beer stores where they have an ipad to order off of.

It is located at the Willow West Mall in Guelph, it is not fancy like the beer store at 710 Woolwich st. In the same city, actually it's not very well lit, it is very narrow, but you can actually see all the offers and promotions, a higher variety of products and presentations, for example I was looking for an X brand beer, at the Beer store at woolwich, but they only had the 24, I wanted the 28 case, so I came here and they had, 6, 12, 24 and 28, also cans and many other brands that were not on display at the other beer store

This one is a walk-in fridge model, so it's easy to see what's in stock rather than play the guessing game with the counter-order model. Still suffers from lack of multi-pack options other than the mainstream beers though. Staff are great here.

Busy self serve location with speedy checkout. Aisles are tight, can be difficult to maneuver a beer cart. Great friendly staff. Shortstop next door if you need smokes. Very convenient location.
