Booked an appointment on-line, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. People that post poor reviews must be walk-ins. Staff were very polite. Overall a good experience.

Made an appointment online for a blood collection at 2:30pm. I entered the clinic at 2:20pm. It's completely empty with only one staff, who was on the phone at the moment. The call was about their personal matters (something about discount code), and it lasted for a whole 15 mins.While I was waiting, 2 more (walk-in) patients entered the clinic. One of them had no chill at all and cut in front of me, but fortunately the staff prioritized people with appointment so I still got to be the first on the list.The ending of this story is, I came home with two bruised arms.

Revisited with my dad for blood work without an appointment at the morning. Staffs are friendly and professional. Just spent 15 minutes and got everything done.

I was attended by Sunny and she was amazing. I did not feel anything, she was kind. I do not understand these reviews I was so afraid at the beginning to go, but now I went nothing bad. People here they have limited staff and thats not employees fault. Please do not be harsh on people, all of us need to work to survive and make a living. If you want to make an appointment do it but understand as well that everyone is on rush. If you have complaints make a complaint in the health care of canada, not on people.

Avoid this location at all cost - here’s why:(1) poor time management: we understand the challenge to balance walk-ins and appointments but if all appointments patients are having to wait 1 hour+ because of the clinic’s inability to manage expectations, you might as well not let people book and just allow walk-ins because we fail to see why we need to book appointments 2 weeks in advance and get treated the same as walk-ins(2) 0 star service - if we can give the receptionist 0 star we would - not only was she rude while explaining why the appointments were heavily delayed but she also didn’t forget to roll her eyes every times she spoke to us(3) worst skill we’ve ever seen - easily the worst experience by far as the wound not only bleeds more than usual but also bruised immediately. We’ve had painful experience with a lot of needleworks before but never this bad

Staff is great; however needs to be run better. Even if you have an appointment be prepared to wait 30 to 40 mins for a quick blood draw.

Had a good experience this morning. The place was crowded, a bit overloaded. But both the coordinator and the nurse who handled my test were working hard. They obviously care and are trying to do their part of the job well. I was warned up front that there will be 45 minutes of wait time. But the the actual wait was not that long after all, maybe 20 minutes. I felt that I was served decently with care under a somewhat stressful situation. Much appreciated!

I am someone who is very anxious in medical spaces and I had a very positive experience getting my blood work at this location. I told the staff that I was anxious and that I have a history of fainting when getting my blood drawn and they were exceptionally kind and patient with me. They brought me to a closed room where I could lie down. The woman who drew my blood was called Regina, she talked me through everything, was so kind and funny, and the process was fast and easy. I went as a walk in and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience today with Grace E from Unionville. She was so kind and gentle with finding a good vein. Usually nurses have such a hard time finding a vein to draw blood from, thus leaving me to bruise terribly and feel physically awful in the days to follow. Grace used my hand instead and it was such a positive experience! She did not want to have me in any discomfort and I enjoyed chatting with her. Will most definitely come back to this location. I also booked an appointment prior and was in and out within 10 minutes. Wonderful experience and enjoyed seeing their remodel/relocation of the lab.

I don’t know why the bad reviews here but I had an amazing service here. Walked in on Monday without an appointment - was prepared to wait for it. Pleasantly surprised of the speed they got me signed up - and I was out in 15minutes!Office is also clean, bright, and well organized.
