For the past couple of years, I've hired Green Maids to clean my apartment and they've provided me with a reliable and professional service. There are certain rooms in my apartment that requires more care/attention than others and they were able to accommodate my personalized requests. I'd recommend them to anyone who's looking for for a cleaning service that they can trust to do the job right.

I had 2 lovely ladies come to clean my 1-bedroom apartment between tenants. The value for money is really great compared to other cleaning services out there that are more expensive. They even cleaned behind the fridge. They did an excellent job and I plan on using them after all future move-outs!

The two most lovely ladies provided move-in cleaning for me. Professional, friendly, attentive, and taught me a few new things to maintain my hardwood floors and cleaning scuffs off my walls.

I found out about Green Maids by chance when I visited my dentist. That day I arrived at my dentist, sat down in the waiting room as usual but noticed a wonderful scent in the air that I had not noticed previously. A few minutes later I saw two young cleaning ladies leaving my dentist office and with a big smile said bye to the receptionist. I quickly realized the reason my dentists waiting room was smelling so fresh. When the ladies left, I asked the receptionist who they were and told her she had to put me in contact with that company. The receptionist gave me their contact information. The next day I called Green Maids and their wonderful customer service team put me on a regular schedule and I haven’t looked back since. Every time they come, they exceed my expectations. They do not miss anything weather it’s moving the couches to clean what’s underneath to putting away my kids toys after wiping them down. Green Maids pays attention to the small things and is very thorough when cleaning. If you want your place not only looking clean but smelling fresh to match, I recommend you give Green Maids a try!

Poor service. Would not recommend.I booked a carpet cleaning service for a move out, appointment was scheduled at 12 pm on June 30th in New Westminster.Around 12:30 pm that day, I called the company to ask what time they would arrive, since they seemed to be running late. They said their team was doing another job in Delta, and they couldn't give me an estimated time of arrival. I had the move out inspection at 4 pm.I had to pay from my deposit more money to get the carpet cleaned as an urgent job so the apartment could be clean for the next tenants.The worst part is that they could've called me earlier to tell me my service was delayed or cancelled, but if I have not contacted them myself, I probably would've just keep waiting.Do not book with this company unless you have a back up plan.

Although this company is having a promotion whereby you get a discount if you share a google review about their company, that is not the reason for my review. I am sharing this because I am delighted with their level of service. My husband and I moved from Toronto in January and after trying numerous other cleaning companies here in Vancouver, we were about to give up, thinking we were not going to find a decent cleaning company here. However after using Green Maids Canada I have to say they are the best I have ever used. They were fast, attentive, they paid attention to every detail. They did things that I was not even expecting. They took all my kitchen utensils like my pans and put them away in such a way that it’s easy for me to find them when needed. They even cleaned the crumbs from the cutlery holder which I was not expecting them to do! My experience with Green Maids was wonderful!!!

The team arrived on time and were very professional - efficient, thorough, and careful as they handled items around the house. They were happy and positive throughout the afternoon. The booking process was also easy and quick, managed by a great admin team. I'm sure I'll use Green Maids again!

Booked two cleaners for 4 hours they cleaned four small bedrooms and 2 bathrooms only one floor of my house. A total of 8 hours of cleaning. Horrible time management. They tried to blame me because they said it was very dusty. They didn’t even have time to clean one of the showers. They did not offer a new team to come finish the job. I paid the invoice only because of my conscience but beware this company will take advantage. Absolute worst cleaners.
