Pawsies - Doggy Day Camp and Cat Sitting

I can’t say enough about how great Jane and David are and what a wonderful program they offer with the Pawsies Day Camp! The pick up and drop off makes everything so easy and I love knowing my dog is out running around on their private farm area for the day. He is always exhausted after a day at camp.Winston can be a bit of a challenge, as he has quite an over active play style. Jane and David worked with Winston to help improve his behaviour and make sure he could still enjoy the day with them. I can’t thank them enough for putting in the extra effort with him and keeping him on their roster! I find dog parks a little stressful and this gives my dog the opportunity to play and burn off energy in a much more controlled environment. Highly recommend!Very sleepy post camp photo!

Pawsies has been an absolute dream for my dog and me! It’s given my dog the right level of social engagement and environmental exploration that he desires. He comes home happy feeling like he got his workout done, so we can have a restful evening.My dog is an older, mixed breed dog who has a lot of energy for his age, so having the Pawsies space to run around and explore is perfect. He is also quite social, but can sometimes like his alone time to just sit and watch the other dogs and this space gives him the best of both worlds!As someone who sometimes experiences separation anxiety from my dog, the Pawsies team helped ease me into the experience with updates and a summary of my dog’s activities and behaviours throughout the day. We were both a bit nervous at first, but now my dog knows the morning routine and can’t wait to get picked up. It even seems like he made a new best friend!Thank you, Pawsies for creating such a unique, safe, memorable, and cost-effective way for me to keep my dog healthy and loved when I need to hit the grind!

Jane & David are amazing!We were recommended Pawsies by a family member who after searching for the perfect walkers found Pawsies!They did a meet & greet with our excitable Golden Lab prior to their first walk which was great.My pup absolutely loved his walks & waited for David & Jane faithfully by the door every day. I love that they use an app for scheduling & to view invoices and you can add information about your pet that you wish for them to know.Overall they were amazing and very dependable! We were with them for almost a year but we moved away and unfortunately for us we could not bring them along.When your furry loved one comes home happy & smiling it's an awesome sign. They also had no trouble with my many requests to change my dogs treats while I tried to figure out his allergies! Everything was always very easily communicated & flexible.If you are looking for someone who will treat your pet with the same love & care that you would give them, then I highly recommend them!

My dog Lucy adores David from Pawsies and literally waits by the door for him to arrive to take her out to the farm. She starts wagging the second the van shows up! I can tell by her reaction that he is kind to them. I have a demanding job even though I work from home, I can’t give her the exercise and attention she deserves during the day, she comes home relaxed and happy and obviously tired out from activity. She wiggles every time David looks at her so I believe he is a genuine dog lover. I am grateful to have found Pawsies and I highly recommend them, I wish all city dogs got to run around a huge barn and yard every day, dogs need to run. I am glad I found them when I did and they are just plain NICE people.

Our dog Cooper loves Pawsies doggy daycare. He waits at the door super excited to leave each day. We get videos of what's he's up to and communication with Pawsies has always been easy and straightforward.I have done a lot of research for doggy daycare in the beach area and Pawsies is by far the best that I could find, I can easily say that I wouldn't use any other doggy daycare service

Pawsies is such an amazing business!! David and Jane actually pick up my pooch, Rumi in the morning and drop her back at home in the later afternoon. They take the dogs to a farm, where they literally play, socialize and get lots of hugs. Rumi has benefited from Pawsies sooo much. She's now far more social and confident as a younger dog. The huge bonus for me after a long day of teaching, is that Rumi is as tired as I am at the end of the day...LOL. I recommend Pawsies to all my pals with dogs!! Thanks David and Jane!

Pawsies is great!! Jane & David provide such great care for my aging pup. He always comes back from his walks smiling and they even cared for him during my wedding day!They have an app that makes scheduling & communication very easy, and are always very responsive & dependable.Diesel & I are very grateful to have found Pawsies, and are very happy customers for about a year now. We are so happy with the quality of care that Pawsies provided our cat George. He is an older cat that requires medication and for the time we were travelling he did not want to eat. Jane and David patiently spoon fed him and ensured that he did not go hungry. They followed up with pictures and messages which gave us peace of mind while we were gone. Upon return Jane made herself available to talk so I could ask her follow up questions about George. She had advice to give and was very easy to chat with. I highly recommend the services Pawsies provides. They truly care about animals and it shows.

I’m so glad we found Pawsies for our energetic retriever. He absolutely loves the team, and we can tell that they love him just as much :) As a family living in the city, the opportunity to have our pup in the countryside all day is fantastic. He comes back happy and tired. We’ve had some stressful encounters at city dog parks before, so knowing that Pawsies only accepts non-aggressive dogs was a big relief. I feel very confident recommending Pawsies. We love being part of this community!

UPDATE. I switched from Pawsies walks to their Doggy Day Camp, SO FUN. Tillie and Emma LOVE it. They are picked up, spend a day at the farm running and playing, and then are dropped back off at my house, exercised and happy. I can see them on my Arlo video, so excited when David and Jane arrive, they come in, snap on the leashes, and my dogs literally bounce out the door, and run to the van. It just feels good. I highly recommend the Pawsies Day Camp!Pawsies is great! My 2 dogs adore their walkers and eagerly look forward to their daily walk with them. When they arrive there is always lots of excited yelping and yipping and wagging of tails, and once the excitement is over they sit while their leashes are clipped on, being spoken to gently the whole time.My dogs' reactions are the best measure that they feel safe and happy with their walker. Talking to the owners, it is clear they are animal lovers who are very careful about the safety of my furry girls, and that they are particular about the people who work for them. I feel very confident recommending Pawsies to other dog owners who think of their pets as family members, like we do. Well worth the reasonable rates, and great peace of mind.
