What a horrible business. I should have trusted my gut after reading some of the bad reviews.They told me they'd put a set of tires on hold until Saturday which cost $400. This was on a Wednesday. I said I'd be in on the Thursday to have them put on. She told me to come in whenever to purchased and mount them.After arranging for my two kids to be looked after and then drive all the way to the shop, they conveniently said they don't have them anymore and then showed another set that cost almost $200 more!!Too many business' like this that are just out to get your money and not provide a top notch service.Scam artists like you don't deserve to be in business. Thanks for wasting our whole day and costing me money for someone to watch my kids.DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Ripoff... went there for 2 used tires. After i got there. Theydoubled the price they gave me on the phone for the same 2 tires. They then wanted to charge me 25 for each stem valve. When I asked them to clean the rim belfiore installing the tire, the said its another $10 per rim. They didn't balance the tire and left the old weights on the tire.Worst service I ever had. Definitely NOT recommended for anyone.

Went there and bought a set of snow tires, and I got a good price. The install wait was relatively short and I have been using them for two seasons so far with no issues. The prices for changing my tires over are competitive as well. I have recommended them to my friends and noone has had a complaint.

I needed all season Michelin tires for my car. I did some research and called few places and among all places prices at Best deal prices were the best.Over the weekend I went to their location in Markham and was immediately greeted by an employee who showed me few options with different price points.I selected the set which I liked, paid for it and got it installed at their location.They did a great job and overall I had good experience dealing with them.I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Absolutely disgusting customer service came in for a set of tires and one of the tire installers was clearly yelling at me because I asked for a second bag (offered to pay and was charged $2 dollars extra per bag). When I spoke to the manager about his behaviour she said that’s how he is and that’s why he doesn’t work in the front. I found this an aboharnt & disgusting experience. I would give this experience zero stars if I could. If your smart stay away from this place!

Terrible business place I ever had. Poor system and service. They asked to deposit for the order of tires so, I sent money. After that, nobody answer the phone, email, text. (I DID Everything). I asked to refund they said I should wait for a month. Don't go there If you don't want to waste money and time.

Great prices and friendly staff. Got a set of Pirelli snows at very competitive price. They have a wide range of new and used tires.Location is a little hidden, but well worth the extra mile.Thanks best deal tires.

I've been coming to Best Deal Tires for a few years and purchased 3 sets of tires from them. They've all been used but great quality, and the prices were very good. Karen and Jania are really nice, helpful and knowledgeable..

These guys are one of the best tire stores Toronto can offer. They were extremely helpful and accommodating with my needs. They have great quality tires and were within my budget as well so I was quite happy with that. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs tires for the summer!

VERY POOR SYSTEM AND SERVICE. I was referred by a friend, said that winter tire price here are good. I bought 4 winter tires Friday. I was told will receive call from them and can install by Monday. no one called, I called back and they schedule me Wednesday morning 10 am to install. when I came here I realized they told every single customers to come at 10am no matter what kind of service. and said first come first served". then they said to everyone:"you have to wait. at least two hrs" I ended up waited for two hours since I was the forth in the line and late for my work. to be honest. don't waste your time and money here
