Great facility at a great price thanks Gilmours!

So far I have not had a great experience at all. I rented a unit online just over two weeks ago yet everytime I travel out to put items in storage I'm unable to access the yard as the gates locked. It's not open from 6am to 9pm as advertised. I'm unable to reach anyone by phone, I've called numerous times a day over the last week. I've even emailed using the contact section of their website with no response. I've paid 180 dollars for a storage unit I haven't been able to access. It's ridiculous to say the least.Edit --->another 48 hours without a reply to email or phone. Nor have they answered the phone. Gate was locked when I traveled out at noon the last two days as well.
