Service was good as usual except I was charged 54 dollars for a cabin air filter that I could have got at canadian tire for 14.99. Won't be returning again

The staff are professional and always transparent about what my vehicles needs are. They make you aware of what parts may need to be replaced before swapping them out. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I always feel comfortable going to Victory Lube! I highly recommend them!

Awesome experience here, staff was super friendly, even checking on my outside to give me eta on when it would be done.I have underglow and my wires were hanging sorta low and they asked if they could still some holes and use zip ties to keep them up. This is now my go to place for oil changesYou also get a 10¢/L off for 50 L at Petro can card and with gas prices right now it is very welcome10/10 recommend

Had tires balanced on Saturday. Car has a vibration! Explained to someone on the phone and told them we work until4:30 got there at 5:10 5:15. They didn’t want to do cause they close at 6. Tire guy is leaving in 5 minutes we were told. Left there super frustrated!! Last time very rude to us!! Basically intruding on his smoke time!!

Just went for oil change and filter. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Showed me the dirty filters that needed changing. Got the seniors discount which was a bonus. would recommend.
