One star is too many for rating this doctor. I would rate him 0 stars if I had the option. He treats his patients with no basic respect and no manners at all, to be specific. He has no time to answer your questions. What he wants is to get you out of the door in order to collect money from the government as quickly as possible. Believe me, this was the worst experience I ever had in a healthcare institute.

Worst patient experience. The day I visited it was chaos. There is little direction where to go to check in. Then you sit in a large room waiting to be examined at which point my eyes are dialated and cannot see. Name is called to a dark room with several people and again no direction where to go because it's dark and can't see anyway.Next a technician brings you to an office. First response is the technician talking over your voice, almost yelling at you to shut up with your questions.I was there because to see a specialist. I won't go back, especially as these people are the ones to do surgery on eyes. This clinic should send their staff for sigma six training...like yesterday.

If you need surgery for a detached retina, please look out for yourself and find a different surgeon. This is a horrible practice. He will milk you for several follow up laser procedures, which are painful. Just look up the article in The Star on the investigation of his OHIP billings. Not only that, but his bedside manner is terrible. Good luck getting answers to any of your questions. You’ll be lucky for 10 seconds of his time as he runs between rooms doing these procedures.

You are not a doctor, you are an animal!Extremely rude and ignorant. You dont have manners to talk to patients and i dont know who in the world signed your doctorate degree. You should be ashamed of calling yourself a Doctor. I hope someone takes action and remove you from your profession and strips your doctorate credentials. I truly truly pray this happens to you.

Spends a couple of minutes in an appointment if at all. Billing is supposed to be in 15 min increments to OHIP which is a farce.Irritable if asks any questions. patient centred care" in the toronto star article is cruel joke because of what stated in the earlier sentence."

As soon as I walked in I had the feeling that this place is designed to impress the patient. I thought to myself, these are very rich doctors to have such an office... there is an assembly line of patients in here". I was on point with my first impression. Dr. Armogan was rushed and only very quickly looked at my eyes leaving no time for questions. The few questions I tried to squeeze in seemed to agitate the doctor. My diagnosis was 50/50 correct. One diagnosis was spot on the other not at all correct. The second diagnosis was shocking and for the next 6 months (until the next visit and for a further 6 more months before I could get a second opinion) I was depressed that I was slowly losing my vision. The first diagnosis might have required surgery but due to my having anaphylaxsis after my last surgery the whole idea was thrown out. Which was good. The second visit was just as quick and I was told all was well and to continue taking my eye vitamins. I went to get a second opinion as mentioned where the office looked like a real doctors office not all posh and fluff but a REAL serious doctors office.. I was told I am NOT slowly going blind and shown photos of my diagnosis after the doctor took pictures of my eyes too prove it. This doctor spent time to look at my eyes showed me where issues are on my own eye examination photos and spent time explaining everything. The appointment was over after ALL of my questions were answered NOT before which was a BIG issue at Dr. A's office after being rushed out. For my first diagnosis which was correct the second doctor prescribed some drops which really helped and Dr. Armogon prescribed nothing so the vision was slowly impairing in that eye. Lesson learned

Dr.Armogan has been my mom's specialist for atleast 15 yrs. My mom is elderly now and I go to her visits.Dr.Armogan welcomed me into her appointments and spent time explaining what was going on with my mom's eyes.We had an emergency and Dr.Armogan met us at the office on a Sunday to treat my mom.Don't let first impressions sway you... Dr.Armogan is very professional and one of the best.

I had a bad experience with occ .Secondly dr .Armogan is money making machine. And he has attitude problem. He don't care what patient want from dr, two words for help! .I went to him four time . He never tell me what,s his opinion and what he wants to do with my eyes . In four visitHe totally give me 15 minutes with his procedure and todayHe give me only 1 minute I try my best to ask him one question he just give me a print and told me go and book next appointment . What he want and why he want me after two weeks I have bleeding I can not go to my work.So now I decide to change my dr. I can't tolerate this money making machine any more.I savers I try my self to ignore his attitude but I fail. He should not be a dr he should be in wwf. Thanks for reading.

Patient a few years ago, terrified when I walked in, immediately calmed by the aura of productive and organized professionalism. Very busy, never chaotic. Dr. Armogan himself immediately registered as EXACTLY the kind of slightly distant genius you want handling one of life's important decisions. A consumate professional himself, it was easy to see that his spirit of meticulous attention to organizational detail saturated the entire establishment. I came to know Dr. Armogan much better over the months I was his patient and discovered that, far from being aloof as I had thought, he is warm, charming and humorous, quick to smile and reassure. What I feared would be a horrible experience turned into something approaching wonderful directly due to him and his staff. They earned the lifelong respect and gratitude I have for them.

Dr.N Armogan is rude, narcissistic, unprofessional and lacks any empathy for his patients. He is impatient and gets mad if you ask any questions. He spends a matter of seconds with his patients. Find yourself another doctor.
