The staff were very kind and did a great job on my dogs cut.

They cut and knicked my dog, never told me, and charged me full price. The cut was uneven and somehow took 2 to 3 hours to do for my small dog.

Such a fabulous grooming experience for my two elderly pups.They were handled gently and with respect. Came out looking and smelling great. Can't wait for their next appointment. Cannot recommend Woof Woof Dog Grooming enough.

After 1 month out traveling, my beautiful baby cat was in a bad situation. The owner is very kind and polite and Sylvia made a very good job grooming totally our baby girl. She is wonderful and super careful. I'm super satisfied. Thanks woof woof!

We bought our nine-month-old Rottweiler puppy for a grooming appointment, and the service was fantastic. He looked great, and he loved the service so much that he didn’t want to leave them. They even included the cutest bandana for him. 10/10

I brought my puppy Cali to Woof Woof and they did an incredible job! I could tell they were very attentive to what I wanted and they delivered perfectly. They even called a day later to check up and make sure she was okay. Fantastic customer service from a very happy customer. Thank you again!

Horrible experience! I was their biggest supporter, complimenting them on Facebook groups and recommending them to friends and family. They never return calls, rude on the phone. When I asked for the previous groomer she said she no longer works there. I understand there is always staff turn over. The people grooming have minimal to no experience. Referred my moms dog who is elderly. Paw pads not shave or cleaned up, legs weren’t even trimmed, body completely uneven. I booked my dog an appointment called multiple times to ensure they had another groomer as I was still willing to give them an opportunity. No call until 2 hours after the appointment time to ask if I was on the way with my dog and my moms dog to fix the groom. I already booked them somewhere else. I hope they hire more groomers and speak to the person booking appointments as the location is convenient.Edit****. I’m so glad the owner responded. This is the type/level of customer service you can expect to receive. Our dogs are a part of our family we absolutely expect the most care for them. Clearly our expectations for a tidy comfortable groom were unreasonable, maybe yours won’t be. All the best woof woof!
