Absolute Towing & Auto Recycling

My daughters Ford Escape had an issue of when it was not started after many months and not having a battery installed due to the rear wiper draining the battery. When a new battery was installed my daughter mentioned it knocks when running then shuts off. I called Absolute Towing and spoke with John he mentioned he would try and get it going before I towed it to a mechanic for repairs. Once John arrived he checked the vehicle over and motor oil and noticed it was low on oil barely noticeable on the oil dip stick. My daughter called me and relayed the info, John was so kind as to actually drive her to the Canadian Tire off of Hillside to get a few liters of oil then drive her back. John added the oil and got the vehicle started with no issues. I'm a father living in Alberta with my two girls attending the University of Victoria and with no way of helping my them with such things as a vehicle breakdown and as any responsible father would do to help them, this John fella whom I've never met went above and beyond and out of his way to accommodate my daughter to make sure her vehicle was safe and saved me from needless towing and repairs due to low motor oil pressure. I had on planned bringing it to a Ford dealership which I'm sure would cost big bucks. In this day and age of self centeredness and thinking of only making a dollar for the business, John looked at it as any loving father would do for his own children away from home and he did the right thing as an honorable human being, that's a rarity in todays society something like years ago when a mans handshake needed no contract. My daughter mentioned to me, Dad he's just like you I felt so comfortable and had a great conversation with him. Thank you John for being a caring person with children of your own. Worst customer service and the worst people I have ever experience you guys are so rude disrespectful and told me to “F*** off” when all I asked was if the towing was possible I can’t believe I want treated this way!! Worst service to humanely exist

Wouldn’t give cash for my car but bear lake salvage did!
