I took my PC here to get a new CPU and liquid cooler added. The guy in the tech named Alex was super nice and helpful. He answered all my questions and didn't overcharge me or add any ridiculous fees. Would recommend 10/10

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a great experience buying a gaming PC from Canada Computers Surrey. Their customer service is outstanding and they helped me find the best parts for my budget. A special shout-out to Maniksharma, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly arranged a component list and the prices, and we had a nice chat about the pros and cons of each option. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this store and this employee to anyone looking for a gaming PC.

I came in with a list of parts I was thinking about for a gaming build for my son. Not at a single point did they make me feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything, even proposed some alternatives that would save me a little money, and even let me know if there was stock at other locations if the best advertised web deal wasn't in store. I didn't even ask, Manny tried to run down the best value option available across all locations for my GPU. In the end I secured everything on the spot instead of driving out to the other stores.The store is clean and well kept. The pricing they have on low voltage hand tools is very good. I used to work low voltage and other stores charge quite alot of punch downs, wire strippers, crimps, etc.Will definitely be back. I'm super happy with the build we came up with.

We bought a pre-built PC online that didn’t boot up and without any help from these sellers (we were left on read and a non-working PC).. that’s when we decided to head at Canada Computers. Chris was able to narrow the issue which was a defective motherboard. He was able to replace it and get the PC running! After 2 months of waiting for the original sellers to reply, Chris was able to fix it within 2 days. We truly appreciate his help!If I have any more computer purchases and help, I know where to go!

Purchased 2 monitors online. I went into the store anticipating an up sale for a dual monitor mount or at least some cables. Nothing, asked my name, handed me the boxes and I left. We might have said 7 words to one another. I was ready to spend an additional $200+ but they were too busy collecting a cheque to actually work

Good service. Nice guys. Big spacious store. Pricier than the computer store in Langley where I usually go but they were out of towers. The sales person offered to help carry it to my car.The parking sucked. You have to park behind the building and walk around past several stores and down the sidewalk to get around to the front of the building. And the drivers in the T&T lot are terrible. Be careful.

Great selection of pc parts and components. Welcoming staff with excellent customer service. Went in with little knowledge of motherboards and they explained the difference between them all.

I brought my custom built pc in recently because it was not posting. While I was about 90% sure I knew what the issue was and how to fix it, the remaining 10% doubt was what compelled me to bring it in for a full diagnostic test. The representative I talked with, Senthil, was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout. The ETA they gave me was more than reasonable and extremely reassuring. Additionally, updates were provided throughout the process. Highly recommend the system repair services here.

I don't know about others but I had a great experience here and it was even on Black Friday.The laptop I wanted was sold out in the west, only available in the east. I went in hoping that I could pay for it and they could transfer it, unfortunately I was informed that was not the case. They could transfer, but not hold the price however mentioned I could wait till boxing day to see if the price went down again. I was a bit disappointed.However, (without telling me which was a great surprise) he looked through his system, found that one was put on hold but not picked up within the hold window. So.. it was mine! I was completely elated, after doing research for weeks on what laptop I wanted it finally was mine!I experienced absolutely no purchase pressure, the opposite actually. I had asked about what NVME drives they had in stock so I could expand the memory, he replied asking if I really wanted to do it right away or wait. I chose to wait in case prices went down.
