Terrible Terrible Service. Went with them last May and having motion sensor issues for the past 5 months and the system is 8 months old. Their alarm app is garbage, the front door camera does show on the app everytime. stay away from these guys they need to work on their product more before they can say its good.

The salesperson said I can cancel anytime without paying any fees but after I installed it they said I have to pay 2900 to cancel .

Service from a technician is extremely slow. I do not recommend this service. camera out for three days no technician available for another 4 days. not acceptable this is my security and it's failing.

dont ever use these people for security this is a total rip-off and if you decide to cancel you still owe them for the bal of the lease term. i am a senior on a fixed income and i no longer need the security and they want over two-thousand dollars to cancel so really there is no such thing with them as a cancelling. worst company ever. liars cheats & cons. 0-stars.beware !!!!!!! canada aug25/21 sorry had to give a star just to be able to post.what a joke.

Avoid these people, no one knows how to speak english, very rude to deal with. Had an issue and had to constantly repeat myself to be understood. Please get people who can thoroughly speak both official languages of this country. It is very frustrating when they are rude to people.
