This guy saved our life! We got coolant low warning while we are at ice field. We are still 2 hours from the place to buy the coolant and don’t know what to do. We called the shop and this guy helped us solving the issue over the phone! I must leave my sincere appreciation here! Thanks for saving our car and our trip!

I was having big troubles with my minivan while in Jasper, so I called Ian. It was the evening on Canada Day. He chatted with me about initial diagnosis and offered to to give me more advice if I sent him pictures. After he got the pictures, he gave me a reasonable diagnosis and options of where to take it and get it fixed. All done over the phone. Friendly, knowledge and extremely helpful!

I was having some trouble with my car on Canada Day. Ian answered his phone promptly and came within 20 Minutes. He checked it out and gave me the OK to drive it.It was such a relief. It was amazing for him to come and do this on a holiday. Very much appreciated and I highly recommend him to anyone.Thank you, Ian!

Extremely helpful, we were stuck in Jasper looking for a mechanic to diagnose some issues with our small car. Even though he only works on trucks he was able to give us some great advice on how to manage the damage we had to the car and gave us peace of mind to drive back to Calgary! Extremely grateful for his help!!

Ian is amazing! We were stranded 50 miles from Jasper with a broken axle on our travel trailer. Ian drove out and helped get the trailer back to Jasper and finally to Hinton AB for repairs. We highly recommend Ian’s services!!!

All I would say is “outstanding service”. On our trip to Jasper we were stranded as our battery died. He showed up to help within 5 min even when he was not open.Very prompt, professional and friendly person! A big thank you !!!

The owner get my early call and decide to help at my campground site (Whistler). This is the day that Jasper received over 10 cm in June 2023. He make me feel that I can count on him and he will be reliable to support my véhicule opportunity.Professional work ethic and friendly service. I will recommend to call him before to call for CAA/AAA service as they are base more then 45 min away of Jasper.Thank you again for your support when I get this challenge with my vehicle during this Summer Snow storm !!
